Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been using this refurbished Apple Watch Ultra (2022) for a while now, and overall, I’m really impressed with the value it offers—especially considering the price compared to buying new. The first thing I noticed is how premium and durable it feels. The titanium case gives it a solid, rugged build, and it definitely feels like a high-end device. The 49mm display is large, bright, and easy to read in any lighting condition, which makes a big difference when using it outdoors or during workouts. It’s also very responsive, and navigation through apps feels smooth and fast. Performance-wise, it still holds up extremely well. Apps open quickly, fitness tracking is accurate, and features like GPS and cellular connectivity work reliably. The battery life has been one of my favorite aspects—I can easily get through a full day (and often more) without needing to recharge, which is a big improvement over older Apple Watch models. Since this is a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished unit, I did have some initial concerns about condition. In my experience, the watch arrived in very good shape and worked exactly as expected. However, it’s worth noting that some refurbished units may show minor cosmetic wear like small scratches, which is something other buyers have mentioned as well. One thing to keep in mind is that battery health may not be 100% like a brand-new device, and you may not get the same warranty or AppleCare options as buying directly from Apple. From what I’ve seen and read, this is one of the main trade-offs when going refurbished. Overall, I think this is an excellent option if you want a premium smartwatch without paying full price. It delivers strong performance, great battery life, and a durable design. As long as you’re okay with the possibility of minor cosmetic imperfections, it’s definitely worth it for the savings.

I grabbed this refurbished Apple Watch Ultra for $430 during a Best Buy deal, and I couldn’t be happier. It came in excellent condition—looks and feels brand new. The titanium case is sleek and durable, and the Midnight Ocean Band is super comfortable for everyday wear or workouts. This thing is packed with features: GPS, cellular, heart rate, blood oxygen, and more. The 49mm display is bright and super easy to read, even outdoors. Battery life is a huge upgrade too—I can easily go almost two days on a full charge. Cellular connectivity works perfectly when I leave my phone behind, and I’ve already gotten a bunch of compliments on how sharp it looks. You can tell it’s a premium watch at a glance. Best part: I saved nearly $500 by going with Geek Squad Certified Refurbished, and you’d never know it wasn’t brand new. Highly recommend this if you want Apple Watch Ultra performance without the Ultra price tag.

I recently purchased a refurbished Apple Watch Ultra, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Although it didn't come in a original box, it looked absolutely brand new—no scratches, no signs of wear, just perfect. The performance is just as impressive as a new one, with lightning-fast responsiveness, great battery life - lasts me more than a day. The display is bright and crisp, the GPS is incredibly accurate, and the rugged design feels durable yet sleek on my wrist. I was initially hesitant about buying refurbished, but this experience has completely changed my perspective. If you’re on the fence, go for it—you’ll save money without sacrificing quality!

I love everything about this watch, the size, the color, the way it works. I love the fact that I can use my old watch bands on this watch. I also love the bigger screen and how I’m able to use it. I also love the fact that it is waterproof. I can swim with it, shower with it, soak in the tub with it, wash dishes with it, wash the car etc. Even though it’s refurbished, it works and looks like it’s brand new!

I purchased the Apple Watch Ultra (49mm, GPS + Cellular, Titanium Case with Ocean Band) as a certified refurbished unit, and I’m honestly very impressed. The watch arrived in excellent condition. There were no visible scratches on the screen or the titanium case, and the Ocean Band looked practically new. Setup with my iPhone was quick and seamless. The display is incredible. It’s bright, sharp, and very easy to read even under direct sunlight. The 49mm screen size makes everything easier to see compared to smaller Apple Watch models. Performance is exactly what you would expect from an Apple product—smooth, fast, and reliable. The GPS accuracy is great for workouts, and the cellular connectivity allows me to receive calls and messages even when I leave my phone behind. I also appreciate the durability of the titanium case. It feels solid and premium, which makes it perfect for outdoor activities, workouts, and everyday use. Battery life has been very good for me, easily lasting over a full day with normal use, including workouts and notifications.

It’s been almost one month, I recently purchased the refurbished Apple Watch Ultra 49mm with Titanium Case, and I can honestly say this is the most impressive piece of tech I’ve worn on my wrist hands down. From the moment I unboxed it, the Ultra felt like it was built for more than just fitness tracking; it felt like a lifestyle up. The watch is super rugged but surprisingly light, and the battery lasts me about two days with regular use. Best part? The in-store pickup was fast and smooth. If you’re on the fence about the refurbished version, don’t be. It’s totally worth it, and I saved some cash too. I wear this thing every day and still catch myself admiring it.

I recently bought the Apple Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Watch Ultra (GPS + Cellular) 49mm Titanium Case with Midnight Ocean Band, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. I got it at a great price since it’s refurbished, but it looks and feels practically brand new. No visible scratches, everything works perfectly, and the battery life has been excellent so far. I’ve wanted this watch for a long time, but the brand-new price was a bit out of my budget. When I saw this refurbished deal, I didn’t hesitate to buy it. The build quality is amazing, the titanium case feels premium, and the screen is bright and easy to read even outdoors. The GPS + Cellular feature is also really convenient when I’m out without my phone. Overall, this purchase was absolutely worth it. If you’re thinking about getting the Watch Ultra but want to save some money, the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished option is a fantastic choice. Super worth it—very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

Bought the first-gen Ultra back in 2022 and it's still on my wrist every day. Simply the best watch I've ever owned — honestly, the best Apple gadget Apple has made after the iPhone itself. Newer generations have come out since, but I have zero desire to upgrade. This watch is still a beast: the huge bright display, the battery life, the rugged titanium build — almost every feature the newer models have, the 2022 Ultra already does. If you're on the fence between the first Ultra and a newer one, save your money. This one is still more than enough. Highly recommended.

Works perfectly, battery life is great, top ten in my purchases so far this year! Fitness tracker and my vitals were my main focus, but this watch so much more than that I Would definitely recommend

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a refurbished electronic product, but I decided to proceed. The price was incredibly reasonable, and I’m glad I did. The watch looks excellent, and so far, I’m thoroughly enjoying it. It’s my first foray into Apple watches, so I thought I’d try a refurbished model before committing to a brand-new purchase. Moreover, Best Buy was the only store that offered me a trade-in for my Samsung Galaxy Watch Brawl, and I managed to get a great deal with the trade-in.

I tend to beat up my Apple Watches so I didn’t want to spend $799 on a brand new one so I was stoked to find that Best Buy offered a certified refurbished one for half the price! The watch came at 88% Battery Capacity (which isn’t bad) and the case had some minor scratches on it but other than that, the watch works great, better than my Apple Watch SE.

It’s a good watch for the price that I got it for not like the newer ones but it does great.

I have been using the watch for more than a month now with no problems. Battery life is great i can easily get two days on a single charge. Condition was excellent. Satisfied with the purchase.

ZERO complaints. Works great, a year later. I LOVE the thicker form factor. The chips and cracks are in the screen PROTECTOR. highoy recommended.

Love the size and battery life of this watch. I use it multiple days without charging. Great for workouts or everyday stuff. It is bulky so it took me a week or so to adjust. I put a screen projected on mine

If you wish to have awesome technology my always go to is “refurbished” you get almost the same benefit and the depreciation did the job the save you money, win-win

I’m happy with my Apple Watch. I’m learning to use its features. I just need to make a schedule for charging it.

Received watch today beautiful condition easy set up only issue sent wrong band was supposed to get yellow ocean band wanted something bright easy to clean the one I received is neither other than that no complaints

The first-generation Ultra was overpriced in my opinion, but the discounted price is reasonable. I appreciate the larger screen and battery capacity.

All good! Love it. Great price, great deal. Always coming back.
