Easy to file a claim just go to bestbuy customer service / geeksquad and they will assess and help you on the spot. I purchase this added warranty for all my bestbuy electronics. Apple airpods 2nd generation inear ear buds is one of my many purchases even if you don'tuse it. You never know as it happenedto myself. Had an issue with sound quality and bestbuy replaced them on the spot. Saved me the price of a new one. Thank you

I bought the AirPods 4 in 2025 and they’ve been amazing. The sound is super clear with strong bass, calls are crystal clean, and they connect instantly to all my Apple devices. Battery life is great and they’re comfortable enough to wear for hours. Honestly the best earbuds I’ve owned — definitely worth the money.

This was the perfect purchase. PLUS I was able to get apple care in-store with ease, they were able to add it on my purchase. But these fit perfectly and the noise cancellation on my new AirPods is the best! Glad the Best Buy representative were able to help me figure out which ones would fit me best.

Having AppleCare is so important for any Apple product, i’m really happy that it’s part of the purchase.

With this the purchase is a breeze but without it not the greatest the store had to fix the issue that apple said wasn’t there

The airpods are really good and the apple care is really useful. I recommend it 100%. You might think that the apple care is a wastage of money but trust me it’s not. It really worth the price.

this AppleCare is amazing because I had to get my AirPods fixed and instead of buying a whole new AirPods for at least $200. I bought it for $38 to get fixed. It was brand new.

I am not that happy with my purchase of the Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation. I don’t care for the shorter stem especially if you are asking me to answer and hang up the phone on the stem. What happened to the simple touch of the pods themselves? I find this bothersome. I only accept calls either from the phone or tell Siri to answer. The one positive that I have is the noise canceling part, it works great.

The apple care really works for the airpods and the airpods were loud but kinda got lower idk

I will forever order through Best Buy they are SO trustworthy I love my product!
