I have not yet used AppleCare, but I’m glad it was offered while purchasing my new iPad Air 13 inch with a smart keyboard. The product work is amazing and I’m glad getting AppleCare was cheap.

I got this iPad 2 days after I ordered it, came in really fast with very secure protection. Works wonders and the battery last all day.

I use my Ipad to take notes for graduate school and it has made note taking so much easier with my apple pencil. I like that I can open it by just resting my finger on the power button. I really have liked everything about it so far and I'm sure I will continue to learn new features.

I’ve heard they have amazing care and attention to both phone and customer. Easy and convenient. Very worthy to have/ pay if you have an apple product.

My experience with the young man and Best Buy was a great, he was very helpful telling me he was from another store and filling in. He let me know how much it would cost to fix my injured IPad Air, since i was looking to get another ipana byway i figured who better then the young man from the GeekSquad.

A great plan that protects my iPad Air investment. I replaced my older iPad with a newer model that has a much smaller screen. It ran reliably for three years. I'm looking forward to the same performance out of this iPad Air.

I always get apple care even though I hardly need to use it. I recommend always getting it! It’s a life saver at times and I know I can relax knowing my device is protected!!

Worth having if you travel a lot and might need fast replacements. I definitely would recommend for the average user as well. You never know what is going to happen.

It's worth having product protection plans always, although i haven't used them on all my electronics.

We purchased an Apple ipad for my niece to take to college and wanted to ensure it was covered!

Bought a new apple product so I figured I should get this in case but overall I feel like if you have purchased an Apple product, it should already be included not for an additional cost, but that’s how the world works

I’ve never had to use it. I have Apple care on all my products.

Worth it. Especially if something happens. I wouldn’t want to have to pay $1000 for a new one. Highly recommend.
