Do not buy this product through Best Buy. It is a monthly fee that you can not cancel! I don't even have the phone anymore yet I can't cancel this coverage! It's easy through Apple, but NOT easy to cancel through Best Buy. They make it VERY difficult for you to contact anyone and impossible to cancel online. If you try to "Chat" with an associate, the wait time rarely changes from 23 minutes! They will make you wait forever for support and then try to tell you that you have to visit a store to cancel it! WHAT?

Typical coverage and not to expensive. Would definitely say get this with having expensive phone.

Highly recommend purchasing an AppleCare+ plan. Especially seeing phones are now $1000+ and any accidental drops or issues can cost hundreds of dollars. My son had an incident this past summer where he jumped into a pool accidentally with his phone in his pocket. Needless to say the phone was toast. When we filed a claim we were provided with VIP treatment, they even overnighted a new phone no questions asked, even before returning the damaged one.

As someone who had to previously pay 1600 (the price of a new phone + paying off a phone less than a year old), This is definitely worth the premium. LIFE happens and this won't make a dent in your wallet.

Love having peace of mind! It is great knowing that if I crack my screen, I can get it repaired for a fair price

Best plan out there for the price. Great knowing my phone is covered.

I still think it costs way too much for what you get. Every time I break a covered phone, it’s not a cheap covered repair and costs as much as having the apple care to begin with, but, if I don’t have it, then the screen will crack every time I drop the dang thing. It’s expensive but your SOL without it

Had a lot of broken iPhones in my life. Would not go without this at all. Recommend this to everyone that purchases a new iPhone. Hey, they don’t make their phones bulletproof after all when they’re always launching their new-new’s.

Honestly what else can I say about AppleCare. This is a MUST on our new iPhone ! To know I'm protected in case a fell, cracked screen etc. happens I know I can count on AppleCare to take care of me!

Provides peace of mind. Kids are crazy so a little insurance isn't the worst thing to have.

Good to know I’m protected. Weird thing is that when Best Buy charges your card it shows up as a charge from like Minnesota which made me think my card got stolen for a split second

Glad I bought the warranty. The phone is different because it does not have a home button it’s OK doesn’t connect good Bluetooth devices

Bought this with our new phones, they way my son drops phones, worth it weight in gold for sure.

Apple care plus is the best insurance I have put on my iPhone since I started using the Apple brand at least 10 years ago.

Never really had to use it but it was a peace of mind knowing I would be covered if anything happened to my device.

Definitely recommend buying protection plan for any iPhone buyer. Great thing to have for expensive phone

Apple care is a must for anything apple, bc they will bend you over to fix if you do not have apple care.
