Customer Ratings & Reviews

the phone is great everything perfect no problems have it for almost a year now

I haven't had to use it for a replacement or for any repairs but it's good peace of mind and if you get TotalTech it's part of the package.

Always good having apple care, easy payment and you never know you need it one day. Especially expensive products needs a lot

Great to purchase in case your phone screen gets messed up. I recommend this option if someone drops there phone a lot

I reviewed similar items before and I'm really not sure what's better Apple store or Best Buy Best Buy has authorized Apple service repair as well as all Apple products one stop shop

For a low price a month its worth it. The amount i would pay for the 2 years would practically be less for the cost of replacing the screen if it cracked. A must have.

I’m not accident prone often, but when it happens to my phone, it’s very depressing. So I invest in accident protection! Highly recommend.

haven’t had to use it yet but good price to know my phone will be covered in the event of things going wrong

Thankfully I haven’t had to use this but it’s a great purchase for an expensive phone.

Why would you buy any expensive electronics item which will be used heavily without this type of warranty? It does not make any sense to do so.

Perfect for someone who drops their phone one too many times.

Love the added protection plan in case of an accident

Bought them as Christmas gifts last year and my two daughters loved them!

It’s good to have something that has my back in case something bad happens

I got a protection for my son’s new phone. Good price for a great service
