I have apple care for every apple product in my home, it’s super convent especially when you have kids who are prone to misplacing or even breaking things. Thanks again

I would never go without AppleCare for any of my Apple products. We have used it a couple of times to have some iPods fixed or replaced. I never had any problem with service. I will always buy the added extra protection form my Apple products.

I am so grateful I did this because before the end of the year the iPod I had got a glitch and I ended up having to go into the store and have them help me fix it. Turned out they couldn't & because I had the plan I just got A new iPod .

Warranty is used to repair iPod if it brakes, but you also get customer service with Apple for any help you may need

I always buy a protection plan for my electronics. My only option for the iPod touch was the Apple Care plan. I haven't had to use it yet, but it is good to know it is there if I need it.

Purchasing the warranty, gives me relief if something is wrong with my iPod or if it gets broke. Glad to be able to take it to either a Best Buy store or apple to get a replacement.

I purchased the care plan. When dealing with electronics. It's a no brainers. I had to use the plan inthe past, can't beat it.

I wouldn’t ever buy a Apple product without getting this. It definitely gives you a piece of mind.

Some may think this is pricey but it's a must have if you're buying a phone for your children. Very much worth it for the peace of mind.

This is our second ipod. I wish we had this coverage the first time because we replaced 3 screens which is VERY expensive

We always buy the protection plans, gives a sense of comfort just in case something goes wrong. Not expensive

I always purchase this when I purchase electronics for the grand children. Accidents do happen even when you are trying to be really careful so why not be protected. They have always been very helpful when an accident did happen to a device. No matter what store we have gone to in the different towns they all have assisted us to our satisfaction.

This plan offers you 2 years if anything goes wrong and there always willing to help you when you call.

I bought the iPod Touch as a gift for my sister and I am very happy about knowing I have the added security of the Best Buy Protection Plan! I always purchase this option ANYTIME I get an electronic device valued at $50 or more and I have to say...it's worth it EVERY time. They're easy to work with, they offer hassle-free service and replacements, and it doesn't cost a lot either! Highly recommended!

The ipod was a gift for a 10 year old. Apple care is a must!

You never know whats going to happen and apple has a great protection plan with apple care + and they make sure to monetize on it. if you dont have apple care, it would probably be cheaper to just purchase a new ipod (which isnt cheap at all)

Was not going to get the Apple care but customer service explained to me why to get it and I felt like he really cared so I got it and just a couple day I totally ended up needing it.

Heard apple care was the way to go cause I've never had apple care. Hope I don't need to use it but it sounds good to have. Hoping for a great experience if I need to use
