Our cats LOVE to bite the corners of laptops! with Macbooks this often means broken screens. While we try to stay on top of making sure the laptops stay closed when not in use, its nice to know im covered if something happen!

I haven’t had to use this service yet but I love having this option if something were to happen to my laptop. It’s convenient and helpful.
