Battery life could be better. When charging and using the navigation and other apps phone overheats and forces to power off which defeats the idea of using it for navigation and other important functions.

Having AppleCare+ is a game changer. Fortunately I have not had my phone lost or stolen, but I’ve taken advantage of the free battery replacement and my phone works just as good as the day I got it! The peace of mind you have knowing your device is protected is well worth the monthly cost.

Apple care is really good I have used it in the past at apple. Once apple repaired my iPhone another time apple just gave me a new phone with a small deposit
