Soft, comfortable, and comes with an automatic control timer. It has three levels of heat from lower temperature to higher temperature. I like the design because the cover is removable so I can wash it.

This is a nice heated mask. I am simple so it does the job for me. Low heat for about 20 minutes works for me. I don't sleep overnight with it on. I do meditate or have a short nap with it on. Definitely would purchase again.
