I upgraded to this scale from a decent Nautilus version that did some of the same metrics, but nowhere near the detailed set this scale does. It's been great to see the hard work of my fitness efforts this year have been paying off and still seeing what needs to continue to improve. Got this on a Black Friday deal. Easy to use and the app that comes with it is good. Only downside is seeing my metabolic age not where it should be, but looking forward to this helping me achieve my health goals.

Best scale system I have ever owned. It took me a minute to get the proper handling of the measuring capabilities sorted, but now I am good to go. Being able to see all aspects of my body composition has really helped me understand the weight woes.

This scale is phenomenal. I have not incorporated further program guidance, but the measurements coorelate with hospital readings. It tracks and trends muscle, fat, and hydration to clearly demonstrate what condition my body is in.

Good product but not completely accurate, nice to see the stats and maybe for an enthusiast but for the regular joe just buy a 20 dollar scale.
