This scale is fantastic if you're focused on getting into shape and improving your overall health. I upgraded to this scale from a decent Nautilus version that did some of the same metrics, but nowhere near the detailed set this scale does. It's been great to see the hard work of my fitness efforts this year have been paying off and still seeing what needs to continue to improve. I have been using this device with the app on my phone and it has provided me valuable information. The data is easy to track and the app will create charts to track your progress. In addition, I found the data allowed me to discuss my progress with my healthcare provider. This is my first time owning a scale like this and I found it very easy to use along with the app. I would recommend the scale

This scale is phenomenal. I have not incorporated further program guidance, but the measurements coorelate with hospital readings. It tracks and trends muscle, fat, and hydration to clearly demonstrate what condition my body is in.

I got this for myself to better my health. I didn’t realize how easy it is to track my weight and health. The app records everything so you don't have to guess what you previously were at. Highly recommend 10/10

I’ve always been a little skeptical about these kind of smart scales, but this really provides great data and appears to be pretty accurate. It provides a baseline look at your body and how it’s changing based on hopefully good habits. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure how accurate this is. But I do see fluctuations in measurements week to week as body would naturally do.

Got this on a Black Friday deal. Easy to use and the app that comes with it is good. Only downside is seeing my metabolic age not where it should be, but looking forward to this helping me achieve my health goals.

I really enjoy seeing the small results. I am the kind of person who needs to see something. Sometimes I won’t loose and weight and become deflated and want to give up. This shows me the small percentages of other improvements other than weight.

No 5th star is due to a little more of a difficult setup process than I would've expected. There do seem to be a lot of bonuses for paying for the subscription though, which I might do. There is a lot more info on the screen itself than other smart scales, which is nice.
