This scale knows all kinds of stuff about me. I step on it and hold still and get a plethora of information. Besides my weight (which is higher than I wish it was), it also shows BMI and quite a few other relevant bits of information. I am very happy with this scale. I'm thankful it doesn't talk but it sure has just about every other knob and dial on it. The app is easy to use and links up fast. It's nice to have a running trend line to follow so I can adjust what I eat depending on what the scale says. All in all, I am very pleased with this scale. I highly recommend it.
