Bought new but product came used

The product itself (when new) is one of the best cooler brands out there. Just make sure you know who your getting it from so you do in fact get what you payed for! Best Buy handled the return very well! I will not buy any PC component that is not directly in the Best Buy store to avoid this in the future!
