Arlo items are of decent quality. Mostly reliable, which is partly the reason for my 3 star review. Now if you have an issue and need cs assistance, you may as well not even try to call. You will get someone from India whos solution almost immediately is to send back your “defective” units. No troubleshooting skills at all! I figured out the issue with ours and if i had listened to arlo, id still be waiting on a replacement. Cant find the number easily at all to cs either. All in all I would elect to go with an ADT if i could do it over. Im already waist deep in these cameras , sensors and hubs wirh arlo now… the product is half the story. If you cant service issues on a good product, it diminishes the value alot .

These are great for the alarm system but I have toddlers so the chime is super helpful in case they try to sneak outside.

The large oval size is not as easy to install, especially on windows as was the more narrow nest secure it replaced. But the multi sensor does a bit of everything
