Such an easy to set up and use system. The value is incredible for the amount of protection you receive. The sensors carry so many features that would require many more sensors in other brands.

Good mid-level DIY security system. Fairly easy to set up, the app is easy to use. Did have an issue with setting up the door sensor on my front door. It is the furthest distance from where I set up the keypad hub so that could have been the issue. I had to trick it and set up the sensor before mounting it onto the door and it works. The sensors have multiple possible functions. The package comes with five sensors so I used it with three doors and then two motion sensor in my living room and kitchen.

If you have the Arlo ecosystem like i do then it makes life easy. I made the transition from ring to arlo slowly first the cameras and i love them. Next was the security system, while it is a solid system it is lacking on key things like back up battery that you have to pay 80$ for. Next is back up cellular, correction you get it if you pay for the 80$ backup battery. All in all the motion sensors are ok and having two key pads in my opinion is a little overkill. If you have their cameras and are looking for a new system i would put this on top 5, there are better ones out there.

I’ll give this 4 stars for the value, but was unable to use . The Geek Squad was unable to make the equipment work work with the Verizon fiber network.

After purchasing this system, setup was not so easy. The app wouldn't put in plain writing which buttons I needed to press, and I had to guess at what to do next, but after the keypad was set up, the sensors were easy to put on doors. The inclusion of wall and corner brackets are also a plus for use as motion sensors.Ended up returning as I built an Aqara system for less, with full HomeKit integration, which this system does not have!

Was considering going with addt, but decided to go with ring because I already had ring cameras and i'm glad I made that decision because everything worked so seamlessly. The setup was so simple, it only took less than 30 minutes to set up the whole house. They didn't tell about friends, all about this product

Great system to add security to your home!, I lived in a bad apartment complex and this has been the reason of my tranquility and peace in my home.
I am beyond impressed by this earlier system to the fact that when I started with the wired security panel everything else that was in the box was listed and ready to be quickly synced and everything was easy to set up. The sensors take less than two minutes to set up program and have in place and the operation of the system could not be any easier

The system is not connecting to my home wifi. It keeps displaying a message that it is unable to connect to a network that doesn't belong to me. I went to the store and called... not resolved. I haven been able to use. The product may be great, I however, do not know yet...

Will never buy Arlo again. Extremely slow response times but very expensive subscription price. Eufy and Tapo are much better.

I've been using Arlo cameras since 2017. They still work great. I purchased the security system and absolutely love it. Getting familiar with the app is extremely important to utilize this system properly but once you have that down it's smooth sailing. I don't consider myself tech savvy, this was very easy to install. My husband and I had this up in under an hour.

We purchased this system about 3 weeks ago and it still is not working properly. We have spent over 6 hours on calls with Arlo support and still no resolution. The worst support ever. Not a user friendly system and support is non existent
