Customer Ratings & Reviews

From box to completion of setup, it took less than 10 minutes to have our camera connected and ready in the Arlo app. The camera itself is wire-free (easily removable to charge when needed), connected to our WiFi easily, and is all-weather protected. We live in West Texas and the weather can be unpredictable, so this feature was important to the safety of our family. The Arlo Home Security System provides different options (you receive a trial) for you to enjoy the benefits of this camera even more — emergency service response, video object detection with AI, etc. As an Arlo user, I love the clarity and peace of mind received by using the system to its entirety. I feel that Arlo has stepped up our security game and provides clear live and recorded footage. I highly recommend Arlo to anyone looking to up their safety game!

Simple setup and install process, with simple, easy to use app. The video quality is clear and battery life is good when settings are configured. The additional features and cloud storage is great for the price. You can quickly and easily view and manage stored video, all through the app.

A great camera! We love that it's wireless, easy to use, and the picture is clear as Crystal! My only issues with it is the battery dies quicker than I'd expect and my Wi-Fi takes forever to load the camera! Over all it's really nice to use!

### Review of the Smart CCTV Camera I recently bought the Smart CCTV Camera, and I'm very pleased with it. **Pros:** - **1080p Resolution**: Clear images both day and night. - **Easy Installation**: Setup took just 30 minutes. - **User-Friendly App**: Convenient remote access. **Cons:** - **Subscription Needed for Cloud Storage**: Limited free options. - **Minor Lag**: Some delay in live viewing during busy times. ### Conclusion: A solid choice for home security, offering great value for the price. Highly recommended!

The camera delivers excellent quality, connects easily to the phone, has a long battery life, and is easy to charge.

[Employee of bestbuy] I had Arlo for many years and one camera (Ulra) went bad! I had done research and liked the new Swann! Well, I tried them for 3-4 weeks and no comparison! Returned the Swann and went back to Arlo! The only reason for a “4” rating is its 2K and not 4K. Still a great picture with 2K!

We love our Arlo camera. There is a slight learning curve as yiu figure out bow to set it up and adjustbthe app settings so that the notifications are accurate. Now it works perfectly! I love being able to see when packages are delivered. I was surprises by how how the microphone and speaker works. When my husband and I are bored we like to make weird animal noises as people walk by hehehe. Who knew a security camera could provide safety and entertainment. Thanks Arlo. I lovr that we didnt have to set up a doorbell as our security cam.

I really like polo cameras. They are beautiful, small, convenient, easy to set up and good quality.

All of my old Arlo cameras became out of date because of my 4G mesh Internet system. This one connected with a little maneuvering. Finally identified the cat that’s been hanging out in my backyard.

Arlo Security camera is an excellent option for home or business owners to help protect their property with DIY installation. Arlo command platform with top-of-the-line 24/7 monitoring, smart touchscreen equipment, and free customer support. It offers next-gen security via smart technology, video surveillance, and complete mobile control. I just love how easy and efficient is this camera.

This camera has exceeded my expectations. The compatibility with smart home technology is stellar, and the wire-free setup is so hassle-free. The 2-way audio feature is pretty neat, and the 12X zoom is just wow! I love how I can live stream what's going on. Also, the motion activation is a fantastic feature. The color night vision is a game-changer for me. Such a solid piece of tech!

The camera is nice and well built, but the supplied charge cable is indoor rated, too short and it doesn't come with a AC adapter to enable using a standard electric outlet. You have to spend 49 dollars for a 25ft cord and ac adapter if you want to charge the unit at it's outdoor location.

Love these cameras! We have other Arlo cameras as well, and they sync so easily together in the app. I love that it’s wireless, so we don’t have big wires hanging down to an outlet. It’s easy to screw on and off of its bracket if you need to take it down. Video quality is great and the app is easy to use!

I have bought this brand before and is very pleased with the security camera. Love that it has a large range to see what’s around you, it’s easy to use and comes with a trial for the program to see if you like it, 10/10 recommend.

Easy to get started, connect your phone and get within seconds views from the camera from the couch to whatever distance you are from home. Love the color as it goes well with color of our house.

Bought the Arlo Pro 5S 2K on sale and works awesome. Great purchase on my end.

It's so clear and keeps the battery for a longer period.

Easy install and setup with no wires. High quality video. It is slightly delayed a few seconds. Light is really bright

Able to add them nicely to the three that I already purchased from Best Buy. Works as advertised with easy installation.

This was an excellent option for an existing Arlo system. The location that it needed to be placed was outside of the range of the Arlington base station. Installed on a power pole with a solar charger, it was well within reach of the wireless mesh network.
