This is so simple to set up. Plugged it in, plugged ethernet and attached coaxial cable. Laptop took us to Surfboard website which then took us to Mediacom for install and adding equipment to our account. Up and running within minutes. Our download speeds went from 46 to 134. Crazy right? I highly recommend this, what an awesome upgrade!

Relatively easy to set up. More than twice as big as my previous Arris Surfboard, and the front panel lights are so bright that I needed light dimming stickers. A setting to dim these lights would be helpful.

This has worked perfectly since I bought it. Phone is working great internet is great. Ran my ethernet cords thru the walls and plugged them into the unit. An still everything works great. So honestly I have no complaints. Comcast was able to get it working quick when spectrum turned me down for using this. So happy to change services and happy to say its a great product.

My Arris Surfboard internet/voice/wifi cable modem is providing the same efficient service I had with rented equipment from Xfinity. Very pleased with it and its capability to keep me connected. I had Geek Squad set it up but I think it is fairly easy to do without paying for installation help.

This was the best decision I made to purchase my own modem/router. No more internet company monthly fees. Definite savings to own your own modem/router. Easy installation. Great quality.

This wireless modem works very well, as best as the rented one. The range is low but wired with my laptop provides rapid connection speed. it'll take about two years to recoup the cost.

I’m very picky when it comes to modems and routers.. they have to be one unit and this one for me is great. Works as described. I really like my Arris no problems with it yet. Thumbs up.

Excellent modem/router! I purchased this item to STOP paying for Xfinity equipment. So far everything is working Good & much Faster!

I’m so glad that I ordered this to replace the one that I am leasing from the cable company. This is such a better one unit then was leased. My WFI is so much better within the house. Best Buy ever... lol

We purchased another router originally but quickly exchanged for this particular model. This router was easy to set up, clear and user friendly! Awesome for gaming use!

Strong connection within a 2 bedroom house. Got an extendeder for the living room and dining room area and now my whole house is protected. Great and easy setup. Im so happy that i dont have to rent modems from these cable and internet providers.

I'm very satisfied with this SurfBoard is the best on the market to be used for Comcast, the Wi-Fi rispond with strong signal . And if you have a base phone lines work perfectly with no noise.
