I purchased this as the second GPU in a 2 GPU setup used for local AI inference. It works nicely and doubles the VRAM ( 32 GB = 16 GB + 16 GB) allowing me to run larger models. The memory bandwidth is advertised as 644.6 GB/sec and I have no reason to doubt it. It runs very quietly even under load which is important to me. It idles at just a few watts, with the TDP rated at 220 W and the recommended minimum PSU at 550 W. It requires 4 pin connectors for power. Since I run Linux as my O/S, I find AMD a more attractive option. I've been running llama.cpp using Vulkan as the back end. It works well. I haven't tried ROCm yet so I can't relate any info on that route. It was reasonably priced for the market at the time I bought it. If the price / performance ratio works for you, you should give it a try.

My amd 6800 GPU decided to stop working, all all ready wanted to get a 9070 when they first came out, but was not able to get one.i was happy to see that bestbuy did have them in stock now, and picked one up.

Worked without issues and ran like a champ. This thing is a beast

Works as it should yay. Runs games good with amd 7800x3d ^^.
