Bought 2 laptops at same time. One has been running great. 2nd broke within first week. Company replaced immediately. Have not had any issues since. Great speed, good size screen, excellent computer for student and general family use.

Value for the money = 10. A bit heavy, but 1TB hard drive, touch screen, pretty fast, too. All in, including software and the 'Bamboo' pen...great price. 1/3 of the cost of my daughter's Mac. Solid machine, great value. A bit heavy and it should have an Ethernet jack, IMHO, given its size. Overall, great machine.

Im really impressed with this computer so far. I have been an HP girl for many many years but this ASUS has definitely changed my mind. It is fast, durable, and has some amazing features. I haven't had the slightest bit of problems with it. I love the fact that it flips around, although I haven't used the feature as much as I thought I would. I bought the pen which was an extra purchase but well worth it. It works flawlessly with the computer. Great buy for the money also. I did my research before purchasing and in buying this computer, I got all the features I was looking for for several hundred dollars cheaper.

We needed to replace a several years' old 17" Dell laptop as inexpensively as we could We decided we wanted a convertible/2-in-1 with touch. Thankfully, this one was on sale when we bought it. One of the non-negotiable features was a keyboard with a separate number pad. There aren't many 15" 2-in-1s that have that type of keyboard. And none were on sale when we purchased this one. We've been very happy with the price and performance so far.

Love the touch screen!!! Good color on screen, very light weigh. Performs good enough for everyday basic use. Starts up a little slower than most . Overall we are very pleased.

Purchased this to replace my damaged Toshiba with similar specs. It has a much better display, ergonomics and keyboard. Using the 1 TB SSD from my old laptop it loads and runs amazingly fast. My main uses are for school. Performs excellent for Software Development, all Adobe Products and most common tasks. Love the Windows Ink capability plus runs Ubuntu, 17.04 in dual boot mode fine. With my Student Discount and Sale price I purchased mine for $550. I would buy another, beats the competition.

I bought this computer a few months ago to replace my aging laptop which has hardware issues. Anyhow, I really like this current ASUS laptop. It is portable, fast, stays reasonably cool. Battery life is reasonable. The only minor issue I've had so far is that one day I turned the computer on and the screen was failing to respond to touch (as this has touchscreen feature). After I restarted the computer and it was behaved normally.

Overall, you cant beat the price for the amount of memory and hard drive space. Do wish it was a little more pleasing to the eye. It is plasticy and has an i5 processor. BUT it runs very well and gets the job done and then more!

After a couple of years of putting up with my slow, old laptop, this computer is a joy. I am very low tech and, to be honest, had never even heard of Asus. Love the touch screen, as am used to working with a mouse.

I NEVER MISSED THE TOUCH SCREEN AND 2-IN-1 TABLET FEATURE ON A LAPTOP UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS ASUS, AND NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT IT. THE LAPTOP ITSELF IS AWESOME. IT IS FAST AND THE BATTERY LIFE IS GREAT, NOT TO MENTION IT LOOKS REALLY NICE TOO!

I was unsure about my purchase because I do not like change and it took me a long time to get used to Windows 8.1. Now, Windows 10 is more like 7 and I have to relearn everything. This laptop felt so slow at first I almost returned it but after cleaning all the pre-installed bloatware it flies. Touchscreen is great. Lots of new stuff in the app store. Overall efficient with a large hard drive for pictures and files.

I have this same toaster at our lake cottage and it works just fine so I bought this same one for our home, nice looking toaster for the price. I have had more expensive toasters and they don’t last any longer or perform any better.

Thus is my second Asus laptop. The first one was bought in 2011 and still works great but needed something faster and updated. I picked this one and couldn't be happier. I have used it in both laptop and tablet mode with such ease.

I use this laptop for school work and to browse the internet. I also use it for side work I do online. It's great for all. 12 GB ram make loading quicker to get me through with my work instead of spending half the time waiting for it to load. I can fold it back for a tablet view and the touchscreen make it easier to scroll quicker. Great product all around. Looking back I may have chose a smaller screen size because it's a nice sized laptop but big for a tablet. Other than that I'm happy with it.

The laptop seems to be working great. I had to have it replaced after 2 weeks though because it wouldn't turn on most of the time and if it did it would shut down as soon as I moved it. So far I've no problems with the replacement, its been about 4 weeks. I can run the software for my 3d printer, Steam and several browser windows at once with no problem. The touch pad is a little quirky and sometimes it doesn't immediately recognize my usb drive or SD card. Overall a decent machine.

Bought this to replace my Apple Macbook. It has plenty of storage room, great memory also. This is my first 2-in-1 or fold-able laptop with a touch screen. I have not used the touch screen a lot yet, but did get a stylus so I can dabble in design work. I thought I would miss the RJ45 network port, but so far network speed has not been an issue. Very good value for the money.

The first machine I purchased was very slow and sluggish. I exchanged it for a different one and have had absolutely no issues. It's very speedy, the screen is bright and clear, I love the light-up keyboard, the touchscreen, and that it has a number pad. Love my new laptop!
