i have the Asus usb-ac68 and it has been working great for a few years that i had it .. Well i just happen to have found the pce-ac88 and this is the first time i seen one with this many antennas .. so i decided to get this .. and now it has freed up a usb port on my desktop ...too so i will now use the ac68 on my laptops which i expect to now connect wireless better and faster and when traveling i will be able to connect to hotpots way better than with the internal factory laptop wireless.. . i always have bought wireless adapter with external antenna and on a cable for more flexibility to move it to get your best signal and transfers speeds .. ha the more the antenna you got ,, the better it is ,, i say .. . and lastly,, having used the new ac88 on my desktop for a few weeks now ,,, it has been working flawlessly and fast ..

Haven't had much use but heck of a lot better than the garbage msi x570 realtek188ce or whatever. Downside/upside possibly... BT 5.0 isn't on the msi x570 gaming wifi something or other.. Love asus though. Would buy any other brand largely due to software.

Easy install, looks great! Fastest speeds I've ever seen on my setup. Finally getting full speeds of what I am paying for off wifi!!

Extremely easy to install and set up. Looks slick, and the magnets are STRONG for mounting. The speed was definitely there (router was in the living room and the pc was in the upstairs bedroom) so the signal was traveling a pretty far distance and through several walls. Still excellent signal! I only used it for about a week as I had wiring installed in the house and ended up being able to hardwire the pc again. While using it though, I saw very little difference in performance while gaming (COD, Halo, Mordhau, Tarkov). There was MAYBE a few seconds difference in load times between using the card and being hardwired.

Purchased this to replace a usb wifi adapter that came with my computer. Much better reception considering the computer is located several rooms away from the router. Easy to install. Functions great, and I'm able to do some fine tuning with the antennas using a wifi analyzer program. Magnets on the bottom will hold this on a vertical surface if needed. Pleased with my choice.

This is a great wireless card. Comparing speeds to my wired connection, my download/upload speed wired is 350 Mbps download( Megabits, not MegaBytes, this equates to about 40-45 MB/s download speed), 10 Mbps upload speed. Wireless was 325 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload. Drivers come on a cd drive so consider downloading from a wired connection prior to installing the card directly from the website if you dont have a optical drive in your pc.

I have used numerous PC network cards on different PCs, but this is one of the best PCI network cards I have used. It is fast and effective. The multi-antenna on a extended cable with a magnetic base provides a much better range and reception than network cards with no extended cable and limited antennas.

the product itself is worth thr price. I couldn't give 5 stars because of the horrendous delivery time. I suspect this is because it was delivered via USPS. it was to arrive in less than a week. But instead took 2 and 1/2 weeks. Its available on Amazon shopping. Probably a timelier way to obtain product

Look beautiful. Look powerful. But i have a new desktop. And after installing. It really don't worth. It is not an upgrade. It is exactly the same. Or a little bit downgrade. Maybe for old desktop is ok. Or cheap desktop. But for a normal or expensive desktop this is not an upgrade.

Way more powerful than I was expecting, with signal strength almost as strong as my wired connection. I can now play online games in my bedroom.

Just got in the mail the other day. Haven’t installed it yet, but will tonight. Box was damaged when it came in the mail. Doesn’t seem to impact it from what I can see, but we will see. Hopefully it will be ok with no issues.

Blew away my expectations. I was getting 30Mbps download on Internet Speed Tests with my previous wireless adapter. Getting well over 200MBps now with this installed.

Upgraded from a dongle for a custom pc i built. The speed has increased but not to the levels that my modem is putting out. Its better then what i had but not the Amazing i was hoping forward to.

Great Wi-Fi cardSeems to be working just fine and also grabbing signals from very far awayNot that I need that but it would be nice if I ever did need something like that

It works as it should. Now my computer doesn't need a cable across the hallway.

Was always hardwired in my home office but decided to move my PC to the living room which meant I needed to go wireless to avoid running a long Ethernet in my home. This card has given me internet speeds that are as close as when I was hardwired!

Gets the job done for sure, couldn’t think of any better alternatives to ethernet.
