I didn't think I would ever buy a Chromebook but finally have given in...And I'm so glad I made this purchase! I wanted a low cost secondary device to my more powerful desktop PC and this is it...This is the perfect device to do all things internet and where you do not need a high powered computer, and a device that can be left on all the time..For emails, browsing, online shopping, watching YouTube videos, researching, etc, this does all these things well and very speedily, And that's all it needs to do, nothing more and nothing less! It is well packaged and well built...I feel that the 14" non glare screen is the perfect size for a laptop. I love the long lasting battery as I can easily move this around the house as if it were a big cellphone. Another feature I like is the MicroSD card slot for storage...I would recommend this for anyone who does business online and for students as well. This has to be one of the best purchases I've made and to me this is Chromebook perfection!

First my package arrived on time and in good condition. Second ... I'm a senior citizen who stuck with cable way too long! I can't believe I waited so long to get a Smart TV! I was worried I wouldn't be able to understand how to operate it. This Smart TV is the best thing! It is so very easy to understand and operate Best of all, no more hundreds a month for cable! This Smart TV had already paid for itself in the first month's savings in the cable bill

The computer runs really fast and it is able to have a lot of tabs open on it. Very easy accessible computer. I love how much work I can get done on it. The battery doesn’t die quick either. It can be used all day

This laptop computer has been great for me. I like the big screen and it’s very easy to operate. Very sturdy and it travels well. I use it primarily for work, but it would be a great school computer as well as a great computer for games and movies.

This Chromebook is excellent for paying bills and doing everyday things. The storage is good (haven't run out yet), and it runs great. Great for most school work, and online selling/buying. The only issue I have are that the screen color/resolution isn't the greatest, very dull imo. Wouldn't be good for gaming or other apps where you have to count on color and picture.

Excellent article I loved it from day 1 that I used it, I needed it to study and it is my best ally, the battery lasts a long time in the afternoon it came with the mouse included

It’s fine for the price but I might be returning it since the battery is worse than I thought. It isn’t lasting 12 hours like it should, I have to charge it every few hours. It’s kind of laggy when I’m working and from my understanding the GPU is on the low side which makes sense. It’s a cute laptop for minimal stuff but I think I’ll return it for a better one. I also prefer a backlit keyboard since my room can be dim, but that’s just a preference.

I dont know what exactly I was expecting for the price but its good for its price. I wouldnt recommend buying this for school as its not really functioned to do anything really, I can do basic things like watching things on streaming platforms well and it loads pretty fast but I cant do type of games on here as it wasnt ment for it. It also doesnt seem to live that long and its set up is a little inconvient, all in all its a decent laptop.

Excellent for the price! I wanted a personal laptop to use instead of using my work laptop. This laptop was easy to set up and use right away. It reads the text to me and has a longer battery life than my work laptop. I mainly use it to type documents on and use the internet. Easy to use if you are not tech savvy

All the features of a laptop... I love mine and use nightly...gr8 battery life too

It’s good Chromebook overall. The only thing that turn me off was no backlight keyboard, at nights you must have a light on.

Great Chromebook for the money. Easy set up and works well for basic use. I like the privacy shutter on the camera screen. It's definiately better than my 2021 model this is a 2024 release . I'm happy customer. I'd recommend this to everybody. Thank you Best Buy for your continued loyal business.

got this chromebook for my 9 year old for Christmas. it's a great option for kids and i feel like they made it very easy to set up parental controls and safetly.

I am content with the Chromebook. I don't have any problems with it. It did weigh a little more than I thought.

The screen is so large I love It and it works really well for streaming videos as well as streaming services like Netflix! It wont let you down
