Dear JACKL,
Thank you for sharing your experience with the ASUS Chromebook CX1400CNA. We sincerely apologize for the issue you've experienced with the Chrome browser update being blocked by an administrator and we regret the inconvenience this has caused.
To assist with troubleshooting, we recommend performing a Powerwash (factory reset) on the Chromebook. This can often resolve software and configuration-related issues. We do advise you to backup your data (personal files, pictures, documents, work-related files) to an external storage before resetting to factory settings.
If the issue persists after the Powerwash, please contact our support team at https://www.asus.com/us/support/CallUs to further investigate the problem.
We stand behind our products and continuously strive to improve our products and processes to achieve customer service excellence. For more information, email us at customerloyalty@asus.com and include the case number "N2610009681-0001" as a reference. We will do our best to resolve your case quickly. Your feedback is important to us and enables us to improve our support channels. Thank you for choosing ASUS.
Best Regards,
Chantae
