Soft cushion cuffs and tri connection is a plus! 2.4 hz connected to my PS5 Pro and bluetooth on my phone can function simultaneously without losing connections! I can answer a call or listen to music on m ohy phone while on my game!

We do understand your disappointment with the wireless headset and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing unstable WiFi and Bluetooth connection problems. To resolve this issue, ensure Windows and drivers for the ASUS Z13-KJP laptop are up to date, check if the headset's battery has ample amount of charge and device is powered on and was paired or connected successfully. Additionally, ensure you did configure the headset inside the Armoury Crate utility software. The most current version is posted at: https://armoury-crate.com/ .
