I had a great experience shopping from best buy . The website is easy to navigate, product descriptions are clear, and there’s a wide selection to choose from. Ordering was simple, prices were competitive, and delivery was fast and well-packaged. Customer service was responsive and helpful when I had questions. Overall, a reliable and convenient place to shop for electronics online. Highly recommended!

keyboard issues
Purchased NEW ASUS computer Sep 2025. I had Geeksquad set up the computer and try to repair issues with the keyboard. Even drove 150 miles round trip to Traverse City. Keyboard malfunctions where it will not work. I have to use the on screen keyboard to open the computer. Sometimes when I try to log on early in the morning it appears that someone is on my computer even though I completly shut it down at night. I want a new computer.
