4.5 Stars. I cant give it that but thats my score. Its got a great customization over of under clock components right out the box. Its a great formafactor and looks good enough to be able to use in even the most professional settings. Performance wise its able to run games at 60 frames minimum even on the silent setting that turns the performance down. On the middle setting youre easily able to touch 180+ frames on some games. And If you REALLY let the ponies loose and set it to turbo, than ypull be hitting peak performance capability at even 240 frames. BUTI highly advise getting a cooling matt as turbo will eventually thermal throttle the performance and some headphones as this computer gets very very very loud. Battery life is pretty lousey which is why I'm glad I almost always have it plugged in anyways. Even before I put a more active background, it would last at most 2 or 3 hours on gull charge before dying. This can be mitigated with undervolting the CPU but still it must be said. Performance also falls off with not being plugged in but thats normal for gaming laptops With this laptop is that it when you plug it in or out, the screen can go black for a couple seconds. A nitpicky gripe but it can just make you pause for no reason and to me thats lame. MY GREATEST and top top grievance with this laptop though is 8gbs of the 16gbs of ram is soldered onto the motherboard itself. Why? This makes upgrading ram pretty much non viable unless you wanna lose dual channel past the 8gbs your new ram will be paired to. You'll still get 16gbs of dual chanmel, yes, but past that the computer will have to compensate and act up with any programs or apps that use more than 16gbs or a combination of them you may have open. This is a phenomenal laptop at the original price. At the open box price I got, its an absolutely unbeatable machine and im beyond thrilled at how lucky I was to find it. If I paid the 1500 this originally cost I'd still give it its deserved 4.5 stars

This is a great media/light to medium gaming laptop. It can be a desktop replacement, and runs most games really well at 1080p. Highlights include: + 240hz display and 2070 Max-Q GPU provides some really good, consistent fps on most title at high or better resolution. + i7 processor and 16GB memory for those who wish to get started to content creation and streaming. + Thunderbolt/USB-C 3.2 port with charging capability means compatibility with a lot of docks. + Easy to access expansion: the system has 1 RAM slot and 2 M.2 slots. + Very light, and colors and RGB are pretty stylish. - Only 3 USB 3.0 slots and no mini-DP ports. - Overkill for most Esports games like League of Legends and Overwatch. - Runs toasty during games; laptop cooler strongly recommend. Overall, this is a system that's perfect for gaming, streaming, and a little bit of content creation.

This is a fast notebook and can play newer games like Battlefield V at max settings with Ray Tracing on which was pretty impressive. On turbo mode it sounds like a hair dryer though and the speakers are very weak, they just do not go that loud. The keys feel a little small and flat and unless you have any type of RGB on, you cannot see letters/numbers of the keys. Having the RBG on will drain your battery faster so..... not to sure about that yet. When typing where your palms rest, it feels like a cheap brushed plastic. ASUS cut corners to put fast hardware internally and that does make for a quick notebook but to me the build quality it lacking. The claimed 240Hz monitor shows no difference to me when compared to my 144Hz monitor for my PC. All in all I got it for a good price but have second thoughts on my purchase.

Asus has been known for some clunky builds and overpriced systems, but this laptop is actually really well built and for the price insanely strong. Coming with a 2070 maxq so your laptop doesn’t melt because of the power consumption of the 2070 super or 2080 plus a top quality processor decent ram(upgradable) and a beautiful 240hz screen with overlord capabilities. Also comes with a usb c port for phone charging. The system is sleek and packed perfectly; the only single problem is heat the system is rubbing a lot of energy with the power it has and it makes the system really hot about 61*c on moderate gaming though system are made to last crazy heat levels you need a really good external fan, like really good one don’t skimp on the fan. Other than that it’s a solid 9/10 buy. I think my internal fan was loose when he shipped because sometimes it started clanking really loud when the speeds kicked up so open up the back of the pc and tighten the fan a couple notches it’ll help.

Ive been wanting a gaming laptop for a really long time now and since my other computer just broke, I thought now would be the best time to go for it. Ofcourse I'm still really new to the gaming world so my boyfriend who is really into this stuff helped me pick it out. I absolutely love it! HUGE upgrade from my previous laptop! its really fast, runs games like a beast, and has good thermals, although, I recommend you to get a cooling pad for it because it does get toasty when running some games. Turbo mode is really loud but I don't mind because my headset blocks out all the noise. Super happy :) I'm a sucker for RGB too so, I love the keyboard!!

I bought this computer to use for architecture and design. I am no gamer, so from the outside it's very simple looking and soft to the touch, with an easy mousepad and keyboard. Colors look great in hd, brightness and sound system are good. It doesn't have a camera, but everything else outweights this and you can buy a cheap external one. The software i use such as photoshop, autocad, sketchup, lumion, revit, everything runs smoothly, sometimes the fans make some heavy noise but it's easy to stop it from doing it. Overall i don't regret my choice!

A great fast laptop! Excellent build quality and compatibility of parts. All games are on ULTRA settings. There is no illumination of the AURA keyboard. But it looks better in gray than in black. The quality of the materials is excellent! The 240 Hz monitor pleases!

This laptop is one powerful laptop. It exceeded all my expectations. It’s fast and very powerful. When I first got it though, It ran kinda hot. When gaming for an hour or two, I noticed that the cpu would reach 90c and gpu 85c. It was a quick fix though. I undervolted the cpu and underclocked both cpu and gpu also I turned off dynamic boost. When using manual mode, even in extensive gaming, the temp would peak around 75-76c for cpu and 70-73c for the gpu. (I was playing Assassins creed origin and odyssey). Even with the undervolt and underclock, it was still able to benchmark ac origin at 81 fps at 1080p on ultra settings. Ac odyssey at 76 fps at 1080 on ultra. I did some 3d benchmarking as well and When I overclock the gpu in the armory crate and turned on dynamic boost, it was able to get a 7928 graphic score in timespy, 20974 graphic score in firestrike, and 4666 graphic score in port royal. This is some serious power from the gpu. When I benchmarked it without the overclock and dynamic boost on, timespy at around 7300, firestrike at around 18000, port royal at around 4100. (Still no very strong results) I was contemplating whether to get this or the 2021 asus g14 with rtx 3060 but the sale on this laptop made my decision for me. I got the m15 for $1350 and for that price I was getting alot for what I was paying for.

The M15 is an awesome laptop, here’s a list of pros and cons. Pros: 1. The 240hz screen on this laptop has amazing color and response for what it is. 2. There’s plenty of ways to tune this laptop to your liking. 3. Works well as a desktop replacement with an external monitor. Cons: 1. The 2070 max-q design may be misleading to the average consumer, do you research. 2. The amount of bloatware on this laptop is insane. 3. The version of windows it comes with can cause issues with Microsoft store and games pass. Overall this laptop is great for media creation, streaming, gaming, and your everyday work needs. If you are going to play any new AAA games or graphically demanding games you will benefit from an external monitor and cooling pad. I gained an average of 20-30fps by disabling the Intel UHD Graphics in Device Manager and using the 2070 Max-Q output through the Thunderbolt port (using usb-c to DisplayPort cable). I also recommend using a Native 1080p monitor vs down resolution on a 1440p monitor. Again, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

Slim and sleek. Gets hot fast but thats a laptop so i bought a Klim Cooler and that really helped. Only problem is that when i unplug the adapter, the screen switches back to 60HZ, so i have to switch back to 240 JZ

Runs programs nicely, but when running on battery power, suddenly whatever app or webpage I'm on becomes distorted with a ton of green, black, and red pixels that cover the screen. The pixelation goes away after refreshing the page, but it keeps happening every 10-20 minutes or so. Updated everything but no fix so far. The audio for this one is also unreliable, during calls the audio is soft even when volume is 100, and sometimes have these weird clicks... Returning this product and trying again because the laptop does run creative apps like adobe after effects and maya really well. Overall, really disappointed with rog zephyrus so far... previously bought two g14's which both had screen blackout and audio issues, and then tried the M14 4K Nvidia 2060 which also had the same screen distortion issue described above. Really concerned about the quality control on rog zephyruses.

I got this laptop about 6 months ago. I attempted to buy it on sale during Black Friday and it took 3 weeks to receive the package even though I was told it would take only 5 business days. I had to go into the store 2 separate times to actually make sure I received it on sale because the order was canceled several times. However besides these issues I won’t count them against the product just something to note. I do a lot of traveling so I chose this laptop specifically for that. It’s clean looking so I can take it anywhere without that annoying “gamer aesthetic.” Perfect work/gaming laptop for that reason. The laptop’s performance is amazing. I get about 90-120 FPS in games at 1080p maxed settings. I mostly play apex and get about 100 on average. The laptop actually runs very cool for a laptop I’ve never seen it get over 80 degrees on either the cpu or gpu. In turbo mode it sounds like an F-35 taking off but if you wear headphones while gaming it’s not too noticeable. On light loads you can definitely hear the fans but it’s not too noticeable. Now to the bad part. When I received the laptop there was a defect in the screen. There’s a line of pixels the show the wrong color in low light situations. I had struggled with getting the laptop for so long and had such a bad experience purchasing it that I was afraid to send it back for a new one. I was also about to leave for several months on a trip and wanted it with me. And that’s where its stars. The pixels are all I can look at now whenever they show up. Overall I’m very happy with the laptop other than the poor purchasing experience and the screen being messed up.

The first one I bought has rattling fan issue at low RPM, there can't be anything stuck in it because I placed it on table for 3 days and didn't even use much. Then later I found this screen distortion issue when I use browser(happens occasionally, disappear once refresh the page) which led me to exchange for a new one. The new one doesn't have those two issues I mentioned but brightness function button on f7 and f8 won't work. Cooling is fine normally but there was once I closed the lid and went to do something else and when I came back the laptop was blazing hot. If you travel a lot, be aware that this specific model doesn't support global warranty.

I'm really glad i went with this laptop versus a pre built desktop. Everything just works and works great. It will run cyberpunk 2077 at 60 fps at high settings
