A: Ameet, I am actually one of the reviewers. I assure you that I don't get paid and it actually costs me money, time and effort to do these reviews. If you feel the reviews are missing something, post a comment on the review. I always answer comments on my reviews. Also, as you can see, I also read the questions and try to provide helpful answers. I don't get paid to do that either. So, If you want to know something specific, just ask.
Q: Memory is 8gb on board or 16gb on board?
A: 8gb soldered, 8gb upgradable
A: Yes there is a second M.2 slot.
Q: Should I buy this model of the M16 or buy the Zephyrus G15 w/Ryzen 9 & a 3070?
A: The G15 has a dim display in regular and gaming mode. The M16 is very bright 16x10 display which shows a lot more detail than the 16x9. Performance tests shows the M16 also performs better in gaming, video and photo editing.
A: Yes, there is built in camera
Q: Is this laptop going to be available with an i7?
A: It looks like there'll be two I7 variants. One with a 3060 and the other with a 3070.
Q: What's the TDP on the 3060 and the i9 cpu?
A: As much as I know, the RTX 3060 gpu has a base tgp @ 80 W, it boosts to 95 W, I don't know about the i9's TGP
Q: Is there a big difference between RTX 3060 and RTX 3070 version ? Should i wait for the RTX 3070 ?
A: Not currently. Eventually, when games start to outpace these gens of graphic cards there would be, but right now, with this laptop only having a QHD (yes I know it’s slightly more.) screen instead of a 4K one, this graphic card fits well enough. If it had a 4K screen, I would say wait, because yes, there the 3070 would majorly over shine this card. It would be the little train that could vs a real train. The 3060 will barely chug along when it comes to 4K gaming. So if you’re planning to hook this up to a 4K monitor, pass on this and wait for the 3070. But again, for QHD gaming, this will work well.
