We do understand your disappointment with the laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing stability or performance issues. To resolve this problems, ensure Windows, drivers, BIOS and the Armoury Crate utility software are up to date. Updates for the device are posted at: https://www.asus.com/laptops/for-gaming/tuf-gaming/asus-tuf-gaming-a16-2024/helpdesk_download?model2Name=FA607NUG. Configure your system, game, video and performance mode settings inside the latest version of the Armoury Crate utility software posted at: https://armoury-crate.com/. Ensure not to go beyond the game's threshold. Additionally, if you are playing these games online, ensure the device has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will affect system stability and performance. If these steps were performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/. The battery does drain the battery faster while gaming, we recommend to always plug-in the AC adapter. if not gaming, set the GPU mode into "Eco" and the Operating mode to Silent or Whisper Mode inside Armoury Crate, and lower the Display refresh rate in WIndows > Settings > Display > Advanced display.
