I finally had the opportunity to score this card and I am impressed. The card works great, heat dissipation at least in an open case like mine (Core PS5) is great. Previously I had an FE 3090ti which is also great but limited performance and blasted a lot of hot air (this was great for winter though). Card is very large, it has a quality build and subtle RGB. Card also delivers as promised. As of now the amount of GPU memory and power is a great addition for LLMs and AI models. I am pleased with my purchase. Verify your MB and Raiser Cable (if any) are compatible with Gen5 PCIE, I had to lower the bus in my MB because of the raiser cable, didn't seem to affect performance at all. Also check your PSU is able to support the new ATX3.1 connection as this is honestly the best method to supply power. Lastly, have fun, it is an expensive purchase so I recommend you milk every penny out of it regardless of your intended use.

Impressive performance, excellent thermals. Very little coil whine for a 600w power draw. Cable is nice and cool. Multi-Frame gen is an excellent improvement this generation, coupled with the raw rasturization power of the 5090 and you got yourself a perfect 4k120+ gaming experience.

No complaints. Powerful card with few limitations. Large, so make sure you have the space. I use it for high-end VR (DCS) and content creation.

Let me start by saying: this card is a monster—in both performance and size. I’ve been building PCs for years, and I’ve never had to rethink my entire case layout for a GPU until now. First Impressions Unboxing the TUF RTX 5090 felt like unpacking a piece of industrial machinery. It’s solid, heavy, and screams quality. ASUS really nailed the premium build here. The metal shroud, the triple-fan design, the minimal RGB… it’s all sleek, aggressive, and purpose-built. Installation was smooth—until I realized my old PSU wasn’t enough. I upgraded to a 1200W ATX 3.0 model just to be safe. I’ve read horror stories about the 12VHPWR connectors overheating, so I made sure to use native cables and not adapters.

Monster graphics card. There isn’t any game that could make this card come close to breaking a sweat.

The ASUS TUF RTX 5090 is a beast—blazing fast, super quiet, and stays cool under pressure. Its massive heatsink and fan setup deliver excellent thermals, while the build feels premium and durable. Performance is top-tier, and despite its size and power draw, it runs nearly silent. An absolute unit of a GPU.

First and foremost, this card is extremely expensive and I don't think it is worth the money it is being sold for. That being said, I absolutely love this card! I was very surprised at how well it cools down. My case by no means has good airflow, however, with a minor uv/oc the card rarely goes above 70C. Although I did have some coil whine at higher gpu fan speeds, I had plenty of thermal headroom to lower the fan curve and now it is more quiet than my case fans. In addition, the card is very well built and feels super sturdy and I personally like the hard metal aesthetic. It is definitely gigantic, however, it is somehow one of the smaller non-founder's edition cards. I have a medium-sized case, and had to do some proper reorganization of my fans but eventually got it slotted in. So in conclusion, this card is not worth the money it is being sold for currently. However, if you're willing to pay a premium for a non-msrp 5090, I think this monster makes a case for one of the best on the market.

Great graphics. Epic games use too much power. Steam and others work fine without overpowering the PS and overloading the UPS

I use the card for Modded Virtual Reality Simulators and games. Fans on this card move a lot of air to cool the card down; I would highly recommend using the 600W Pin Adapter provided with this card as it is meant to correct a critical issue with all 5090 GPU's. Overall extremely satified best card I have ever personally used. Also Nvidia does provide some good quality free software like hosting your own local AI models.

5090 is overkill for 90% of titles, but do it anyway.

Works well. I use it to edit video 4k and 8k files work easily. Could not edit the 8k before at all.

Incredible graphics card and top of the like quality. Too expensive. Shouldn’t be more than 2200.
