I purchased the ASUS VivoBook Go 14, advertised with 16GB RAM, a 512GB SSD, and an AMD Ryzen 5 processor. What I received was a completely different, inferior model with only 4GB RAM, a 128GB SSD, and a Celeron N4500 processor. When I contacted Best Buy seller, they admitted it was a "mistake in the publication." This is not a simple mistake; it's a bait-and-switch scam designed to lure customers in with a great deal and then hope they settle for a much worse product. They offered me a refund, which I took, but not before I wasted my time dealing with their error. I cannot trust a retailer that operates this way. Avoid this specific listing and be very cautious.
