This machine is running windows 11 and I must admit that I am not a fan. My computing experience has been flopped upside down. All of these protocols for signing into different programs and website are very much a nuisance. When I wake my computer from sleep all I want to do is log in and be on my way. Instead I forced to hop through hoops to log in. Having to verify it's me every time everyday in order to access my saved passwords is so annoying. I'm the only user on my computer and no one else has access to my computer so this makes all of this security stuff so annoying. I wish I knew what Microsoft was thinking when they developed windows 11 after the challenges of windows 10. At least with windows 10 I could navigate with far less interference when logging into my personal stuff. Windows 11 has also been very challenging in setting my display resolution. I've yet to figure out how to adjust display resolution so that my windows fir the screen. In all of my years using computers I've not ever encountered any thing like this. At least my new computer is otherwise everything I was hoping for and for that I appreciate making the purchase.

Seems fairly fast, does freeze up occasionally. Wish it had more USB ports. Wish it had memory card slot.

I like the speed of this computer. I do not like Windows 11. It kept changing my background, but I hope I got it to stick to the one I wanted. I had to work with it a lot to make it stop putting all kinds of apps on my screen. Very limited screensavers. I use it only for home use, not for work.. it would be too aggravating to use for work. I think most people are not as picky as me, and would probably like it.

This computer was purchased for a couple hundred less than what it would have been brand new because it was a customer return or a shelf display item! It came new in box still sealed twice once with best buy tape that says it was inspected and then the factory seal as well. Nothing wrong at all. It works much faster than his previous older model, we have had no crashes while playing Roblox or minecraft. Its exactly what we needed. It does unfortunately have an internal hard drive and he would have liked a fancy chunky one but haven't noticed a different IMO. just a mom though .

The computer works as advertised. The great part was the customer service. The Geek Squad member was patient and informative.

A lot less money than comparable HP or Dell. A couple of months using it and I have been happy with it so far. I am not a gamer or someone who uses a computer 8 hours a day, so it suits my needs just fine.
