This laptop is lightweight making it very portable, handles multitasking which is great for creating. It has a very good battery life, lighted key pad and 3K OLED screen. Colors are bright and screen is very clear

Great looking laptop. Good battery and runs quietly. Normal temperature but a little warm during charging. Great for my routine office tasks and media consumption. No gaming tested

So far it works perfectly. Never went slow on normal use (didn't try any heavy softwares) Battery last for 10h at least with desktop use. The screen colors and touchscreen are very fulfilling. If I would change one thing about it would be more USB inserts ( it has only 1)

The laptop is really nice. All good but There are some flaws when i use hdmi cables with 2 monitors and when i plug in for charging the RDP stops working, not surw if its hardware issue or OS issue.

I love the look and feel of this laptop and so far the performance has been exceptional.

Love that it's 24 gb of memory and 1tb-ssd. The slick gray color on the outside with a sleek black design and even included a protective while soft case and a fabulous OLED Touch 16" Screen for me to use. Pretty quick little laptop with plenty of space for me as a student and at a great value.

The good: Great graphics (when it works). Easily transportable. Nice keyboard. The bad: My 1st Zenbook screen went black within 24 hours of purchasing. Returned to Best Buy. Picked up new Zenbook. Zenbook overheats when multi tasking. After 3 months the screen went black just like the 1st Zenbook. Unit would not turn off or respond to any inputs. Customer service is in a country where English is not regularly spoken. Spent over an hour with Jorge trying to get warranty return initiated. Definitely has not been a Zen experience.
