Microphone stopped working after 2 uses. I plugged it in and it gave a "USB unrecognized device error". I troubleshooted by using different USB cords, I tried it on a different computer, again with different cords and I could not get it to work. Best Buy's 15 day return policy means I can't return this piece of crap now.

Great mic. Easy to use. Sounds good. Plug-n-play. Comes with everything you need.

Great microphone. Clear quality can be heard in my meetings. Much better now.
