I purchased this for my Mom. She absolutely loves it. I was able to get the family to install the app and start uploading pictures before she got it. It took a few minutes to load, but once it did, it was amazing!

I bought this smart frame for my aunt and it is spectacular! I love that our family can share photos from our lives with her. Really helped us feel together in these hard times. The setup and controls are quite intuitive and easy for us non-tech savvy folk. The picture it self is beautiful and hi-res. Also just love the design and stuff.
