I love this shredder! It's easy to setup and use. Knock on wood, it hasn't given me any problems. You can shred a lot of documents before it needs to cool off. And the cool off period isn't long, at all. It's much quieter than any other shredder I've owned. I'm very happy with the purchase. The ony con I have is for Best Buy. I bought this shredder off the Best Buy website because I have there membership. The most expensive one for their products. I found, after I had this shredder for a few days, that my membership doesn't cover it. Even though they carry this product on their website, they don't carry it in their store, so the membership doesn't count. They offered to take it back and sell me another, but nothing they had matched up to the specs of the one I bought. I had already done my homework beforehand. Of the ones I chose to compare, none were a product from their store. So, as I would like to recommend the shredder, I do not recommend the store.
