This was brought as a replacement for a home shredder that I had gotten a few decades ago that happened to be top of the line when I got it, which is why I decided on this model which had features for shredding paper for identification protection protocol that I wanted. It’s a definite upgrade from my previous shredder. Anyone who has a home office would find this an excellent addition. The size is a good capacity to fit under a desk, plus it has wheels. Another feature is that the bottom section ( where the shredded pieces are collected)is a good sturdy unit that holds the weight of the shredder head mechanism. In the manual are links, for getting the needed accessories that one needs to maintain the shredder to work properly.

it doesn't work, I'm going to have to return it. the drawer sags so in order to have it shred I have to sit and hold the drawer just so for it to work. Very disappointed.
