Pay attention to this: I am a user who purchased two Ausom L1 scooters. I’m going to tell you the good, the bad, and share my experience regarding an issue I had with one of the units. I did a lot of research while looking for a scooter, and let me tell you, this Ausom L1 boasts features typically found on scooters costing $1,100 or more. The Good: 1- Manufacturer Specs: A max speed of 28 mph—but in reality, it hits 32 mph (perhaps even more) because it comes unlocked. 2- Cruise control. 3- Dual suspension—which is also adjustable. 4- Trigger throttle: one of the best on the market. 5- Very solid build; it makes absolutely no rattling noises, even when riding over rough terrain. 6- Range/Distance: It gets quite close to the manufacturer's claims. (Keep in mind that I weigh 160 lbs; this allows me to hop on with my wife, and we can ride together without any issues whatsoever.) 7- Very eye-catching: It turns heads everywhere, and people often compliment me on the purchase. 8- Turn signals included. Things that might be an inconvenience for some users: 1- Weight: It weighs 62 lbs. If you plan on lifting it into a vehicle—say, my Nissan Pathfinder—keep that in mind. 2- Display: Although the screen is good, it does dim slightly when viewed in direct sunlight. 3- Brakes: When you receive the product, you may need to adjust the disc brakes. They might be set too tightly, causing some slight drag. Be patient when adjusting them; if you can't get it right, simply loosen the wheel nuts slightly to help center the disc properly. 4- Handlebars: They are a bit wide, so the unit might not feel quite as compact as some other models. I did run into an issue with one of the scooters involving the front headlight and the horn (which are integrated into the same unit); occasionally, they would stop working. I reached out to the seller via the Best Buy Marketplace (you can contact the seller directly through your order details using the "Contact Seller" option). They promptly sent me a replacement headlight unit and a new converter box—both were easy to install, and the issue was resolved without any further problems. In conclusion—and speaking from the heart—you won't find a scooter with these features at this price point. When I contacted them, I felt that they truly look after their customers and that they are pouring their hearts and a great deal of effort into this product. Given everything mentioned above, it comes highly recommended.

Very nicely built scooter! Easy to assembly (I spend about 30 mins) and sturdy with good suspension going over little bumps. 3 modes of speed, I mostly ride with sports mode and it’s a very smooth ride. Bought it when it’s on sale, very good value bike. Would recommend for sure!
