So far this water dispenser is working great! It’s pretty quiet. The water is very slow to dispense, could be faster! This is a no splash unit and takes the lids with the hole in middle so that water does not splash. I find that it’s hard to lift the jugs that high to get them on, So I always ask my boyfriend to change the empty water bottle. Other than those minor issues it’s great! The hot waters hot and the cold waters cold...been using about 6 months with no major concerns. The reusable lids we found at our local water refill shop are the best with this unit. The ones on line were horrible and did not work two different types and they were no good.

So far its the best table top cooler I've ever owned. I love the separate switches to turn the hot on an it heats within 3 mins, perfect for my cup O noodles.

It was exactly what I ordered. It was shipped to me without any damage. Packaged really well and easy to unbox. Setup was quick and painless. The cold water is cold and the hot water is hot. This is my second water dispenser and I wasn't sure about it being a countertop size, but it ended up being perfect for the location I was putting it.

It does what it claims to do, it has a good paint job, Requires very little space, it runs quietly, so I assume it will last for a while, the water is cold/crisp. The dispenser is a smart buy.

The green light of the cold water would not turn off after an hour or two . I contacted Avon to do some troubleshooting still would not turn off. I received a replacement after half a month still didn't work but the cold water is very cold even the light would not turn off after the specific time. if you don't mind the green light is always on I like the dispenser.

We ordered it took know to get here when it came it was just what we wanted and we are very pleased with it.Really keeps cold water cold.

Good product, no need a lot space to I put it on the top of my nightstand perfect and easy to drink water

I water cooler works perfectly. The water is good and Cold. I don't use the hot side. Thank you for a swift delivery because my old water cooler played out.

Love this water cooler. Great quality. Each setting (Hot/Cold) has its individual switch on the back. So if you don’t want hot water, it can be switched off to stay room temp and leave icy cold on. Or if you don’t want ice cold, then you can switch to room temp and leave hot on. Or leave both off! :)

I purchased this water cooler and was excited about having one in our home. I liked that it had a safety feature on the hot water dispensing side so small children would not injure themselves. Then at the two month mark, the hot water tap developed a small continuous leak. It would slowly drip and fill the catch basin and eventually get water all over the floor. We put a cup under it to give more time while we were sleeping. Then at Christmas, it just broke loose and sent the entire bottle of water (hot water) out onto the floor. The safety feature failed and did not work. The leak was on the hot water side. Fortunately we do not have any children living at home. I decided to take this out and throw it in the trash. I won't purchase an Avalon water cooler again.

It has recently begun putting out about 1/3 of cold water; it appears to be clogging.

This machine is a great investment. Very easy to use, no assembly needed. Can be a little bit noisy at times when it is self-heating but it’s not a deal breaker. The black color matches dark appliances nicely too!
