I was spending a lots of money buying bottles of water every week, so I decide to buy this water dispenser and it is awesome, it’s small and compact I can put it in top of the counter anywhere where I want to and I just love it.

It works smoothy. It dispenses water at a good rate. The complaint I do have is that the compressor is a little noisy. I like the separate switches so you could turn off the compressor and the water heater when you go on vacation.

Fits on countertop, and easy to place.

We didn’t want a water cooler that stood alone as we have young children that would be able to push the buttons. The countertop cooler allows for us to reach buttons to avoid waste or kids playing with it. Also a hot water lock and switches if you don’t want certain features.

Arrived defective, No cold Water

The A11 arrived defective. We had low expectations because we were upgrading from our standard cheap rental dispenser. The water would either come out room temperature or hot. No cold water at all. The cold light indicator, meaning it was cooling the water, never turned off and stayed lit for days. We tried Avalon support, "hard resets", but their recommendations did not help.

A hard reset is a very simple troubleshoot step instended to try to refresh the cooler in an attempt to correct any potential electrical issues that may prevent cooling. A hard reset does not always correct the issue and we apologize that it did not help in this case. NEVER Worked. Out of the box plugged it in and it never cooled the water.
