Quality and look are great. Never owned a bottom loader before and have to say it makes life easier. Only thing the rod that's inside the 5 gallon vibrates every time water is dispensed or pumping out water to fill into the tank. You kind have to play with it. If anyone has this issue and has solved it. Some tips would be great.

Even though this is more expensive than other ones I considered I’m glad I made this choice. Looked more better built from pics and so far it has been just that. Family is enjoying it. We use to buy the water bottles frequently and a lot goes to waste. This solves that problem. Had hot, cold and room temperature which some of us like.

I’ve bought this water dispenser it was my first time using this brand and it didn’t disappoint me I love the digital temperature it has and it’s sturdy. A great buy

Great value; been working reliably for over a year now. No issues. Fits space well. Chills water to nice temp. Can also lock the buttons if kids are running around pressing on everything.

First order , i received it all black and the second one delivered with damaged box and the dispenser too

Works very well with standard 5 gallon jugs. Super easy to use and assemble. Arrived with a broken hinge and was replaced immediately. Only issue is that with my square stackable jugs it leaves a decent amount of water but says it's empty and I have to re seat the piping to finish the rest through the machine. I've used it quite a bit and have had no issues. It keeps the water cool and fills reasonably quick.

I like this product as I use it in my home. I had a Brio, which I had to return because it was much noisier & I could never remove the plastic taste. I flushed this system once & the dispenser was then good to go. While I've only had it for 3 wks., so far so good.

Easy to use, easy to refill. Saves on bottled water as I get my gallons filled at Whole Foods. Was grateful I had this when we had a chemical spill in Philly. We were advised not to drink the water and the stores were completely sold out but I was prepared. Hot water is a great feature for teas and oatmeals. Easy to clean too.

[Employee of bestbuy] This water dispenser has worked fine for a year and then four months after the manufacture warranty ends the cold water reservoir freezes up and can’t dispense any cold water. The only way to fix it is to unplug it for 72 hours to let it defrost, but then it freezes up again. The manufacture won’t do anything because it’s outside of the warranty and Best Buy does not offer a protection plan on this item. After some research, apparently freezing is a common problem with this brand. I liked it a lot while it worked but would not spend $300+ dollars on something that will probably break in a year again. The only thing the manufacturer would do is offer 25% off a new one of equal or lesser value but not worth it in my opinion.

I've had this just over 6 months & absolutely love it. My water's ice cold & piping hot when needed. The room temp is perfect & my fav. It's quiet & fits perfectly into my corner. No regrets!

Love it; it's so much easier than a top load; I no longer get angry when the water runs out. A little expensive but you'll be happy that you made the investement.

Great product, would definitely recommend. Love that there is a self cleaning feature, 3 water temps and a great overall look.

Keeps my water ice cold! Its a good shape and i like that it hides the bottle.

It Would’ve been better if it came with the stand. With out the sand, feels like little short. Loose drip pan. My 1-1/2 years old child pulls out easily.

Worked well for 2 years till it broke down. I am planning to buy another to replace it. Easy to install and set up.

Packaged very well. Works as expected. Cold could be colder hot is steaminge hot. Mechanics of the cooler seam to work very well and it is well built. I also love that the rod that sits in the water jug is made of stainless steel. Good job Avalon.

This water cooler looks and functions great. I had a dent in the first one and best buy easily accepted the return. The hot and cold are the perfect temp and I would recommend this cooler to my friends and family.

This is a great product, save for one small detail... I wish the cold water was actually COLD! The last water cooler i had was amzing when it came to temperature of the water that it dispensed. If you had the ability to set the temp lower this would be a 5 star product.
