This program is well suited for anyone without an IT degree that wants to quickly and effortlessly speed up their PC and fix issues with performance. With this program you can also repair issues, and identify problems that slow your computer. It is a great program to get your PC running at the optimum speed and performance without having to be tech savvy.

This program is almost useless..It practically destroyed my computer like WinDelete several years back...I have had to reinstall most of my programs and some cannot be fixed unless I reinstall Windows 7 from the beginning...I am close to considering that alternative...I returned this program to the manufacturer and have yet to hear back...I would recommend Best Buy and all other sellers to take this product off of their shelves...

Bought this software at the recommendation of the best buy techs, this software is hard to us and not user friendly. I had to remove and add several times and it still is not fixing any of the problems I purchased it for. Just take to geek squad and have them fix problem, may cost more but less hassle.

Software worked well the first time but on a rerun, the software did not do much and seemed more interested in my purchasing a 1 year extension. Took my computer to Geek Squad for maintenance and they promptly deleted it saying that it was causing problems for my pc. I have not bothered to re-install it.

Says it can boot a dead computer and it doesn't. For the other things it does I already have a program so wasted my money.

Blocked two mal-ware programs. Cleaned up many unneeded files. Did not speed up performance much if any.

Would not install on my Desktop, kept getting error message on check to see if I have internet connection. I do have connection, tried several times to call tech support, never could get a hold of someone. Installed on two other computers, ok, but a waste for windows xp, since there are no updates available.

I used it on my Windows 7 desktop which is about 5 years old and it cleaned up a very large number of registry problems as well as disk problems. I am planning on using it on my new HP Windows 10 laptop soon. SInce I can use it on 3 systems, I will also use it on my old Dell laptop and expect it to help its productivity.

I couldn't afford to take my laptop in to have this done so this program was recommended to me by a Best Buy associate. It was easy to use and effective!

Ease of use, great user interface and number of optimization options make this one of my favorite utility programs. I have owned the last three versions and after trying others, I chose to stick with Fix-It Utilities as my go to program to keep my pc running smoothly and reliably.

I might have had too much expectation for the product but I found it to be a bit troublesome loading and using the features. I keep getting an invitation to upgrade to a higher level program to do what I had expected the purchase of this program to do for me. I am going to try it some more but so far I am not impressed.

I use my laptop daily and need it to work fast. This program keeps my computer working fast and deletes unwanted files and optimizes it with ease. I save a lot of money from taking it to have it cl send or having to buy a new computer. I run this software daily and it keeps my laptop in good working order.

I've been using fix It for years, and have never been disappointed. I used to use Norton, but it let a virus through. When I called Norton, they wanted $100 to help me. I dumped their software, installed fix It, and it immediately found and removed the virus. Fix It also cleans out files, repairs registry errors, defrags, and much more. Easy to use. Highly recommended!

Easy to set up and operate through the program. Corrects hard drive, program and speed issues along with correcting start up speed and operation smoothness....

I find that Fix-its work well and can keep your pc up and running, but Microsoft and other software providers still wants you to get their products, but you will have to make your own pick.

Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2021 I bought this last year for Windows 10 ... it'll work for about 2 weeks and then I'll get a pop-up box when starting the app that says "Unable to access the server at this time; please try again later". That box will always pop up, and from this point forward, the app won't work at all. Their tech support has long since stopped answering me. The solution? Delete it. Reinstall. So I do that. And for that 2 week period, everything works fine. I won't buy this again.

Nice utility. Has most of the standard features. However be care with using the delete temporary files feature. Not well programmed. It will deleted any files that you named :"temp" or anything in a directory named "temp"

It didn fix what i neefed it to. But it diid fix some other setting issues.

I couldn't get it to load into my computer. They helped me online. When I restarted my computer still had problems running it. They told me online that it cannot fix all the errors. I finally resorted to Windows Forum to fix my system. It seems to work fine. Trying to get my money refunded from the MFG. Save your money and fix your computer yourself or use a reputable repair co. IE "The Geek Squad".

This software has been nothing but a nightmare since purchase. I had to contact support & they had to do a fix just to get it to work with Windows 10. Why did they even bother to make this software. Worst software I have ever had in the 30 years I've been working with computer software. Still won't work on the cell phones as promised. I contacted support about that but they never answered me except to say they'd notify me when they had it fixed. Has given me fatal exception errors, adobe issues. Of course I am past the time to get my $ back so just a $60 loss on my part. Recommend avoid at all cost.
