AVG is overall a good product line. Watch out for Besbuy's "Digital Download". You have to call customer service and get email for AVG direct download. Major hassle!!

OMG this has to be the worst VPN ever! No customer support except for email email. I had an issue with activation. When I went to activate my account I got to the page to enter your email and clicked continue and then.....NOTHING. So, I tried to go through and activate again because it didn't even email me a "Welcome to our VPN" email so I thought it just messed up. Then, going through the process again, it said the code your entered is already activated. Then, I went to recover my password because I didn't get to choose one and you apparently need that. It WOULD NOT send me a password reset email and then I went to go chat with support only to find they are email only for VPN support and will respond in 48 business hrs. After emailing back and forth for almost 2 weeks my issue was escalated to someone who could help. Also, I have noticed a big change in performance when using the service for more than an hr. Then you have to go manually choose another location to get things moving again. It probably has something to do with the 8 different background processes required for the AVG VPN app. Finally, it has a Kill Switch on the Mac app but not on iOS or iPadOS and you can only use the activation code to login on Mac but on iPhone or iPad you have to setup an account which defeats the whole purpose of a VPN. I WOULD NOT recommend this VPN. I wouldn't have bought it but it was super cheap for a years subscription.

a little slow once you are connected to a server,but is normal for a vpn service,just keep changing servers if the one you are using gets slower

I tried for a couple of months, worked ok, but went back to Nordvpn. Had to manually connect too often. Sticking point that made me go another route.. When Nordvpn had a sale on their 3 year plan, i went with that.

Works great. GIves me many regions to place my computer at for watching local auto races. Highly recommend for anyone looking to watch shows from other countries

Must have if connected to public wifi allows for multiple devices to be connected at the same time easy and very fast connecting

Not bad,but the software hangs in few occasions and need to reinstall on mac
