    Not as expected

    The chair wasn’t as good a quality as it looked in photos, it has a strong chemical smell, was pretty stiff, and the seat wasn’t very deep. After putting the lower back support pillow on I felt like I could barely sit in it. I am 5’8 138 lbs so I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think it should have been a bit more roomy. This chair is also a nightmare to return, Best Buy won’t take it back and the company took forever to respond at all, dismissed all complaints as ‘usual’ and they ‘highly discouraged’ and ‘didn’t recommend’ that we return it as it is one of their best sellers. I can imagine it would be when it’s impossible to return and looks better in the pictures. I have gone through a lot of desk chairs, I am pretty picky as I have spinal cord injuries, and this is by fair the stinkiest (it has been airing out for about a month and still has the smell) and most uncomfortable one I have gotten. The pros are that it does look mostly like the pictured chair, it’s pretty to look at for sure, just not for long work hours or gaming. I would get this if you’re more about the visuals but not if it’s your daily sitter.
