A: If you are experiencing water on the counter top, it may be due to mineral build up on the heating plate. We recommend descaling the heating plate and ensuring no foreign contaminants or minerals remain. The residue on the heating plate will cause the water to boil and bubble up into the drying vent and it will leak underneath the machine. We recommend switching to distilled water once you have cleaned the heating plate. Don't hesitate to contact our customer care team should you need any assistance.
Q: Is there dual voltage (120-240V) machine? Or 240 V only? Thanks

Q: How is this better than Microwave Sterilizer when both use Steam to sterilize?
A: It uses steam not radioactive stuff like the microwave.
