A: You don't need another device just one breath each time you take it it's ran off a battery and pretty accurate unless battery is low or I just took a drink it may read a little higher so it's good to take a drink of water before blowing into the breathalyzer it has a tube to blow into it connected to the keychain device
Q: How does the accuracy compare to a professional unit?
A: I used this when I had Interlock in my car and had at least 2 instances where the BacTrak read 0.00% and I still registered either a Warn or a Fail on the device. What I started to do was make sure I got a 0.00 over 3-4 tries over a 30 minute period or so before I would start my car. That was more accurate. Professional units are MUCH more accurate. Nothing in the $25 range will be very accurate.
