I’ve been running the Bambu Lab A1 with AMS for a few weeks, and I’m seriously impressed. Setup took maybe 20 minutes — auto-calibration handled everything perfectly. The first print came out flawless without any tuning, which is wild if you’ve used other printers before. Print speed and quality are top-tier — layer consistency is excellent, and vibration compensation really works. The AMS unit is super reliable; it swaps filaments fast and keeps everything neat and tangle-free. I’ve already printed a bunch of multi-color models with zero jams. Noise levels are low, the UI is clean, and the cloud control through Bambu Studio is smooth. This thing just works — easily the best printer I’ve owned. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased the Bambu Lab A1 Combo and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience so far. From the moment I unboxed the printer, it was clear that a lot of thought went into both the design and usability of the product. The setup process was incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. Even for someone who is not an expert in 3D printing hardware, the instructions were clear and the printer was ready to start printing in a very short time. The automatic calibration features are impressive and remove a lot of the complexity that is usually associated with preparing a 3D printer. One of the things that stands out the most is the print quality. The level of detail and consistency I’ve been able to achieve is outstanding. Prints come out clean, precise, and reliable, even when working with more detailed models. The printer is also very fast compared to other machines I’ve used, which makes the overall experience much more efficient and enjoyable. The AMS Lite system included in the Combo is another feature that I really appreciate. Being able to easily print with multiple colors or materials adds a lot of flexibility and creativity to projects. The filament management is smooth and reliable, and switching between filaments happens seamlessly. The overall build quality of the machine is excellent. The printer feels solid, well engineered, and thoughtfully designed. The interface is intuitive, the software integration works very well, and everything feels polished and refined. It’s clear that the product was designed with both beginners and experienced users in mind. Another great aspect is how consistent the printer is. Once a print is started, it runs smoothly and produces dependable results. This reliability makes it easy to focus on designing and creating instead of constantly troubleshooting. Overall, the Bambu Lab A1 Combo exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of use, print quality, speed, and features. It’s an incredibly capable machine that makes 3D printing accessible while still delivering professional-level results. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, reliable, and easy-to-use 3D printer.

The A1 Combo has been flawless from the start. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it prints with incredible consistency right out of the box. The automatic calibration and multi-color capability make it feel like a professional machine, but it’s still easy enough for a beginner to use. Print quality has been excellent across different materials, and I’ve had no issues with jams or failed jobs. Best Buy made the buying process simple, and in-store pickup was fast and convenient. I couldn’t be happier with the combination of product performance and shopping experience.

I can confidently say the Bambu A1 is an absolute beast when it comes to 3D printing. This machine is fast, precise, and incredibly user-friendly a true printing powerhouse in every sense. Right out of the box, setup was smooth and intuitive. The auto-calibration features save a ton of time, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for beginners. But where the A1 really shines is in performance. The speed and quality of prints are insane crisp layers, minimal stringing, and reliable results every time. Whether I’m printing small prototypes or larger multi-part builds, the A1 handles it all like a champ. It’s quiet, efficient, and feels like it was built to perform without compromise. If you’re looking for a 3D printer that can keep up with serious printing demands without the constant tweaking and headaches, the Bambu A1 is it. Highly recommend!

Quick and easy setup. Excellent product. As someone who owns multiple 3D printers and is used to tweaking firmware, tuning retraction, and dialing in profiles, the Bambu A1 was a refreshing experience. It truly works right out of the box without constant calibration or chasing print issues. The auto calibration, flow control, and first layer consistency are impressive. Print quality is sharp, speeds are fast, and reliability has been rock solid. It feels engineered, not experimental.

I’ve been 3D printing since around 2015 and have owned and worked on multiple printers over the years, from budget machines to more “enthusiast” setups. This is hands down the most efficient and frustration-free printer I’ve used to date. Setup was straightforward, calibration is largely automated, and it just works. What really stands out is how consistent it is — fewer failed prints, better first layers, and far less time spent tinkering or troubleshooting compared to older machines. I spend more time actually printing and less time adjusting settings, leveling beds, or chasing random issues. Print quality is excellent out of the box, speeds are impressive without sacrificing reliability, and the overall workflow feels modern and well thought out. For anyone who’s been 3D printing for a while, this feels like a big step forward in usability. For beginners, it removes a lot of the common pain points that turn people away from the hobby. Overall, this printer has made my 3D printing faster, easier, and more enjoyable than anything I’ve owned before. Highly recommended.

Got the Bambu A1 combo as an upgrade from my ender 3 pro. Setup was quick and easy, and the first print with everything set on factory defaults came out great with no issues. Would definitely recommend this model for new and experienced users

I have worked with multiple 3D printers and I have to say BambuLabs fool proofed them! We literally put it together from the box, it calibrated itself it was ready to print. We have been printing like crazy and now in the beginning stages of starting a business and will be purchasing more of the A1! The multicolor with the AMS lite is so worth it as well so I don’t have to manually change the filament every time the color changes. It also has a camera and we can watch how it’s printing from far away through the app. In love is an understatement!

My first 3d printer and I’m extremely happy with the quality and ease of use. Assembly was really simple if you read the instructions. The app is easy to use and there are thousands and thousands of things to print straight from your phone. It is much larger than expected.

Upgraded from my A1 Mini and made a lot of modifications on this. The only thing that stuck out to me is Bambu made some changes from what I'm used to seeing unboxing this. The allen keys are regular allen keys, no grip with a Bambu logo, no color palette, everything's in bags without zips (so if you have spare screws be sure you have a ziplock bag and a sharpie to label them) and the lubricant grease is a bag instead of the bottle cap like the lubricant oil. Putting everything together was easy, but I couldn't help but notice the slight drop in quality in that regard. Other than that the assembly was easy to put together. The only main issue with the build quality is when I was trying to troubleshoot by unscrewing one of the pieces to get to the extruder it was so incredibly tight the screw stripped. Luckily I have spare parts to replace it. I've already put over 300 hours of printing on this thing and put it through some tricky filaments on the ams lite which worked for the most part. I was so close to get it work between PLA and TPU but for some reason whenever it switched to TPU the feeder will pull out the filament as it was about to feed into the extruder. When I went to manual maintenance, if you let it keep feeding into the extruder it will run fine but it's odd that it doesn't. This was used with a TPU 85A from Inland. Now I've heard Bambu has a specific TPU filament that works with AMS Lite that might avoid this issue but I have yet to try it. After heavily drying some trickier filaments, I was able to print PET-CF and PLA-CF on the AMS Lite with hardly any issues. It gets the job done, prints flawlessly (even the complex ones) and the biggest bonus as always is the ability to plug and play, the efficient speed times, the ecosystem, and their slicer software that takes the cake.

If you are wanting to get into the hobby this is the easiest way to it. And the ability to have multiple filaments….love it. I will say it does produce a lot of waste when it purges between filaments but for the price and quality it’s only a small obstacle. Great product. Love that I can print from my phone.
