It's a great toy for any millennial. Purchased it for the wife since it reminded us of our childhood when everyone had one. We forgot how needy these things are and they seem to get sick after 3-4 days. If you're not constantly on it, it's definitely going to die. After a few deaths, you get over it and now it's just in our nightstand...

Wow! I'd only owned the simple black and white Tamagotchis before this and am amazed at the advanced features of this one. It might be a bit complex for very young children, and it definitely takes a lot more work to keep alive than the simpler versions, but if you're looking for more interaction, this is the way to go. Especially for the first hour (baby stage) you'll have to be constantly glued to it. The connectivity with other Tamagotchi On's and the phone app is pretty cool and worked well and the breeding feature is neat too. It's fun to see what kind of traits the offspring ends up with.

I bought this product for my daughter and let’s just say that it was totally worth it it brings the old type of ways we can take over some of that cheese there’s multiple games on the app and on the digital Tamagotchi it so what I really love is that it’s in color and you can do any kind of Tamagotchi you can marry people from all across the world wherever they have it I really like the product I like that they kept the shape of the older generation tamagotchi

I loved tamagotchi growing up and when i found this newest edition i told myself i wasn’t going to buy it because it’s oddly expensive. Well i bought it i got a good deal purchasing through best buy and that made it worthwhile. I want to let you know some things going into this that i did not bother researching. This item is battery powered and does not include the two AA batteries it uses to power this, secondly you will need a lot of batteries so i would suggest investing in rechargeable batteries since apparently most batteries will only last 10 days with 30 min use a day, and lastly to unlock all items you will need at the least one other tamagotchi or you can find some creative alternatives on how to unlock the last location with knowing people that also own this or buying multiple as an adult buyer this is a concern but maybe not for younger kids so that’s something to note

Tamagotchi On - Much like the old ones, these are still fun. And with the modern age, you can link this Tamagotchi to your iPad. So much fun taking care of this digital pet. If you have a little one, they will sure have fun taking care of their new virtual pet.

I had one of these as a child, now I’ve gotten one for my 6 yo. She loves it but she might be a little young for it. There is a lot of maintenance and care needed for your Tama, it might be better suited for older kids.

Super cute and fun, a great revival of an old toy, can get a little repetitive but integrating it with an app is super cool too!

I bought two of these for a 6 and 7 year old for Christmas. They were the hit of the holiday! Very cool bluetooth feature so the Tamagotchi's can visit one another. Plus they made me feel nostalgic for the 90's when I had the original Tamagotchi.

Granddaughter loves this thing, i have no idea what it is or what it does but it must be special because there is not a lot of toys she truly enjoys.

Doesn’t come with batteries. For the price it should! (Petty I know) Nice size to fit in your hand. Screen is too small with all the background permanent fixtures makes it hard to see what you are supposed to do. Overall not worth the money.

My son saw you had these and had to get one, we thought they were discontinued.

I haven’t seen my kid in 2 weeks since we got her a Tamagotchi. Perfect for parents that don’t want to be around their kids!

Like the old games but with way more features. There’s also an optional app where you can get married with specific people

My daughter plays with it every day. Kind of small and didn’t seem like it would be a hit but it was.

Fun to play all across the board. Wish it was recharable instead of having to take batteries.

This brings back memories of the whole Gigapet thing. I'm sure the touchscreen is better. But overall it's not that bad. Could be a little better though.
