HORRIBLE it came like if i bought it at a swapmeet
Horrible!!!!!!!! I would give this 0 stars but 1 is the lowest. I got this as a Christmas present and i went to pickup up this item I bought and when i got back home to wrap it i saw the dolls hair was messed up,the clothes was on backwards,it’s missing pieces and I don’t understand how the worker gave me this item. He gave me a OPEN!! Item!. It didn’t even have a lid!!!! The worker in my opinion needs some EXTRA TRAINING ON WHATS OPEN OR SEALED!!!!!! I will not buy this item ever again form this store(West Covina Best Buy) again!!!!!. It looked like a 4 year old garbed it and through it across the room and then the parents returned it and the kid kept some of the pieces! I called the store and the representative was not helping AT ALL! THE representative i talked to did not help my problem at all! DONT WAST YOUR MONEY AND TO THE WORKER WHO GAVE ME THE PRODUCT NEEDS TO LEARN WHATS OPEN OR SEALED AND DONT GIVE OPEN PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The photo shows how it came.
