Touch id sometimes doesn't work! Need more improvement quality.

The safe is big enough to hold my belongings the set up was not hard to do nor was it hard to install. The only knock is that the finger scanner doesn’t always work when you put your finger on it. Not reliable for any quick opening

Easy to work, a little light in weight, but otherwise love it

Giving 5 Stars because if you just want a safe with Biometric this works great. Other reviewers saying the Bio is hit & miss must have only coded their finger once. I coded mine 5 times at different insertion angles and it’s opened 99% of the time on the first try. Will probably return as I actually need a Fire Safe which isn’t that much more $$$.

Awesome safe, biometric scanner is iffy sometimes but good for personal use. I installed led lights for clear vision very impressed

We needed a smaller safe to keep our valuables in when we go on vacation. this safe fits perfect in our closet and easy to set up, use and bolt into the floor.

I used it for almost a year and love the side. The finger print can be hit or miss and the battery they give you lasted 3 months not good but after replacing all is good,

I bought this safe to secure my collectibles and it does a great job for the space I need. I followed instructions on YouTube on order to set this safe's bio reader up.

Purchased safe to store valuables. The safe works fine with keys but the biometric reader is a miss. It is cheap and stopped working.

Perfect size for what I am using it for. Thumb scanner works great.

Quite disappointed Trouble registering fingerprints. Takes many tries to register and then for it to recognize it to open the safe. We just use the key. Fingerprints were not reliable. Safe is kind of flimsy, cheap. Does not feel like a strudy safe. Had I known this or have been able to see it in a Best Buy store, I would have never purchased.

This is an excellent safe for a great price; strong

The safe is great for storing items. It’s just not great for securing documents. You can open the safe with a BIC pen cap, if you loose the keys or battery dies and cannot read for finger print.

I primary bought this safe to hold my gun and get it up and out of the way from people. I like it and the finger scan is great.
