Ehat can I say, still holds to this day. Very quick transaction.

bought the PC version of the game, digital, but this is completely not downloadable, even when it shows as ready to download in the digital library. Customer service completely useless. After spending 2 hours online, they say the game is not refundable because it's a downloadable version. I said to the guy: then make sure you have the technical competency, which they don't have. Totally ridiculous. I am serious: I have made a resolution to NEVER BUY from bestbuy. They should seriously change their name to worstbuy. and I am going to short their stock, because companies like this will NOT last, especially if you compare their customer service to say Amazon. Totally NOT ACCEPTABLE.

The link that best buy provided me to download this game ended up not working at all and the only way that I could get it to work is by downloading the Origin client and copy/pasting the code provided to me from Best Buy. Thankfully that worked!!!

Everyone at Best Buy was so helpful! I would definitely purchase all of my electronics from Best Buy!

RE Battlefield 4. This is sold as the BASE GAME but it is not. It is a Naval Strike extension of the Battlefield 4 base game. So I had to buy the base game before i could use the Naval Strike extension. AND Best Buy did not advertise the requirements for the game. I have Windows 7 and the base game and this extension does not run on windows 7 Best Buy does say "Non-returnable" so I could get a refund even though it was not as advertised and did not work on Windows 7. SO beware. Best Buy did answer my concern and JMIRANDA 1524 on 3-12-18 said "This is the base game for Battlefield 4" BUT mine was the extension and needed the base game. Now Best Buy say I should have done the research to find out some where what the requirements are.
