I purchased this game to play online with a buddy that also has Playstation VR. The Game is a Blast to play, and would get 5 stars if the difficulty were toned down a bit, I am an avid gamer and play a lot of games on hard difficulty, but on this game, unless your team is all very good, then this is a very tough game to get through the end. That being said, overall, the gameplay is good, and battling it out in a tank in VR is a definite must. One of the best games out for VR so far.

I love this game. First, you don't need to be logged in on-line to play; but you can if you wish (unlike Valkyrie, which won't play without being logged in, which I HATE!). Second, the VR really makes you feel as if you're in the battle; looking up and back at things that flew over or moved behind you. The controls are simple enough that there's not much of a learning curve; and the game is good at explaining what button does what. Finally, it's just a fun shoot and destroy game; that's not too easy to beat.

Battlezone is a tank combat VR game that takes place in a Tron-like world. Visually the game looks absolutely amazing with immersive visuals that make you feel like you're piloting a powerful tank thru futuristic environments. On the downside, the challenge ramps up quickly and there is a scarcity of ammo making the game harder than it has to be. Also, you aim your weapon by using the right analog stick which can make things hairy when the action ramps up. Other VR games let you aim by simply looking at your target and Battlezone would have benefited from such an option. If you're a PS+ subscriber you can mitigate the difficulty somewhat by accessing the game's co-op mode, otherwise be ready for some pretty intense battles.

Gameplay takes some getting used to, but the experience is completely immersive, and it takes full advantage of the capabilities of VR. Amazing how you literally feel like you're in the belly of the tank!

The original Battlezone arcade game is a wonderful classic. It’s still a blast to tool around in a vector graphics world of erupting volcanoes, flyby UFO’s, and enemies around every corner. This new Battlezone takes the beauty of the classic, slams it together with an almost Tron-like environment, and sends you into a Rogue-like campaign that will keep you entertained for hours. As far as VR experiences go, this is one of the best and my primary reason for investing in PSVR. I get to crawl inside that tank from my childhood and live in an exciting few hours a night, a rogue tank pilot and legend.

I absolutely love this game. The graphic style is simple but makes you feel like your inside TRON. Variety of tanks and weapons is great, and lots of fun playing with players from all over.

As I've been playing PSVR games, one consistent personal issue is nausea due to games letting you move around freely with no teleportation like Super Stardust Ultra VR, Loading Human, Driveclub, and a few others. Battlezone was the first game of this type that gave me no issues and as a bonus, it's a really fun game in its own right. You control a tank that takes on arena missions to take out a variety enemies in randomly generated campaigns or multiplayer, which is really well done.

Neat remaster of a classic arcade game. Can play it without VR too!

This game - simulation - is absolutely incredible. Want to experience the power of VR? This will do it. No matter which direction you look, there is a richly detailed world to immerse yourself in. I actually started to get motion sickness after about an hour as your brain is telling you your moving, but your body is not...so you'll need to take breaks when playing this as once you don the headset, the outside world is gone! As a bonus with all VR games, the TV displays what your looking at so others around can see what you see.

Totally worth the price, and the co-op mode is an awesome added bonus to its already obtained level of perfection. This game is fun, challenging and immersive. Graphics are great. No problems with tracking or motion sickness. The randomly generated campaign gives it endless replay-ability. Definitely the AAA game that PSVR needs. I'm not a huge gamer, maybe two hours a week if I'm lucky, but this game, and PSVR, are so awesome that my gaming habits will be changing!

The VR runs pretty smoothly, I loved the controls were easy to pick up and the A.I gets progressively better throughout the game. But I don't see too much replay ability in this game. I feel once I pass it, it'll collect dust... but being completely honest, I didn't try the online multiplayer either!

Amazing feels pretty cool being in a tank in vr. Just be warned if you’re sensitive to motion sickness then this probably not for you. I got motion sickness for awhile playing this game but I eventually got used to it. But man I’m amazed where technology and gaming has become. I’d recommend playing it.

I like this game for a short 20-30 min session. A lot of VR games give me a bit of vertigo after about 15 minutes. But BattleZone was easy to get used to. The neon wire frame aesthetic is a cool nod to Tron, and the controls are pretty intuitive and satisfying.

Battlezone is made for VR. This is an awesome tank shooter. If you were a fan of the arcade classic, this is a must play. Theres even classic mode for old school players, so you can play the game in vector scan mode just like the old arcade game.

I own several vr games and this is my favorite. The controls are easy and the replay value is high. This game has a great online multiplayer network and I haven't seen any glitches to stop me from playing. This game is challenging on hard mode but still fun to play with friends. I hope the vr games keep coming.

The VR setup is great. Takes you back to the old vector graphics that made this a hit in the arcade. The the new vr added to the game of old it is a real treat if you can stomach vr for a while.

The graphics are really nice and the game play is great with both ground targets and flying targets my only wish is that in the off line mode the play would continue from where you ran out of life at instead of restarting from the beginning The online play is fantastic.
