Customization is the game here & it works. Being seen by athletes at the World Cup 2026, the introduction began. You can make it personally yours with swappable ear cups & headband. The knit variant does have a plush option; but only comes in Black & Cloud. These have an introduction cost of $9.99 but retail for $49.99 afterwards. Sound is balanced & energetic. This also sports sweat & water resistance too. The headphone case is interesting too. Everything is just different & I’m loving that aspect.

The Beats 360 headphones deliver an impressive combination of sound quality, comfort, and style! The audio is crisp, powerful, and well-balanced, with deep bass that enhances the listening experience without overpowering the vocals. Whether I'm enjoying music, watching movies, or taking calls, the sound feels immersive and detailed. What really stands out is the comfortable over-ear design. They feel premium, look fantastic, and are great for extended listening sessions. The overall quality and attention to detail make these headphones feel like a worthwhile investment. Beats continues to impress with products that combine performance and style. If you're looking for headphones that deliver an enjoyable listening experience while looking just as good as they sound, these are definitely worth considering. Highly recommended!

I’ve owned the Sony XM6, AirPod Pro Max 2 and the Sony QC2 and they were all good BUT these Beats 360’s is definitely what I needed. They sound is good the noise cancellation is good and the fit is comfortable. They’re not heavy like the AirPod Pro Max or anything similar. They’re great for working out and they don’t move or slide around like other over the ear headphones. They do lack some of the premium feature you get on other headphones in the price range like a EQ, stopping the playback when they’re removed from your head. But what you do get is great customization. You get the ability to swap out ear cushions and they even have some for working out! I’m glad I made this purchase and if you’re into working out and/or want some great sounding styling headphones, I’d grab these!

Be weary of the incentivized reviews. They don’t point out the flaws this product is facing right now. Right out the box, there’s a hiss, some say it’s faint, some say they don’t hear it all. I went through two pairs and they all had this issue. Even the Apple Store demo had it. The build quality on this product is great, the customization is a nice touch to make it personal. The ear cups and a bit scratchy but comfortable. The sound is something left to be desired. It needed a firmware update to change it from sounding flat to something with a bit fuller sound profile. Let’s get back to the hissing, in all listening models it’s there. Some are saying it’s a product of noise cancellation, I’ve yet to use a headphone in my life that has a hissing problem, let alone something costing $349. If you don’t have music on, that hissing is so apparent it’s hard to ignore, I had to turn my music over 75% to overpower it. I recommend you trying them on for yourself to make a decision. At its current state, I can’t recommend these at its price until Apple figures out either the hardware or firmware.

I'm not the best with words or even proper sentences with proper punctuation. I've seen what others have reviewed atleast on bestbuy about a hissing sound mine is fine. The quality seems pretty good barely feel them on my head and the noise cancelation is nice. For some reason tho the battery life just drains even without use it's hardly being used. The scratching noise when say laying in bed with them paired to a tv and just moving my head against a pillow makes a unpleasant noise. I don't really have a problem with the sound quality but honestly their definitely is better headphones for this price range. I just bought these on a impulse.

Sound quality if you like base tones. But this product is best for its fitment. The interchangeable cups make it perfect for the gym and it does not slide off your head on this heavy workouts. The cups are breathable and are very cushioned. They are light weight and minimal compared to having a bulky feel like the sony xm6. Connectivity to set them up was fast and simple even on android. You can buy leather like cups for it but I just stick to the cloth since these are my gym headphones. Comfort is great, I tried wearing them all day and it didnt bother me as much. Downsides I think is the price and some have been faulty from my research so definitely get the warranty on them.

Comfortable but not great for music. Excellent for the gym though and the changing ear pads is a plus

I work at bestbuy and have tried many different headphones and for the price compared to sound i can definitely put these over any other headphones plus the fact that you can customize your look just takes it a step above. Great product from Beats!

Great for the gym but there is an annoying hiss sound that doesn't go away which led to me having to return them, I recommend waiting for a sale.

The sound was really good and the interchangeable earcups was nice. Unfortunately the battery was draining even with them shutoff. I decided to return the product. I read online that some people were experiencing similar issues. I would have liked to keep them, but that happening changed my mind.

These headphones are ok with more bass than anything. Depending on what type of music you like to listen too, the highs and the clarity is not there. I also thing that they are overpriced for what you get. I think the price should be around $200.00.

Purchased 360 on the day it was released three days later had to exchange them because the battery was draining with it off. If you had anybody else reviews you might’ve seen that comment as well. Sound quality it’s different for everybody else. I don’t think mine is bad at all the ANC and all those features are I think great but the battery drain is not worth it got the second pair of three days later still doing it they keep trying to connect to the phone even when they’re powered off you would see on the phone the indicator that it’s there and in Settings they have their own section will pop up saying beats 360 so it’s still connected because if you take off the ear cups to exchange them, it chimes telling you it recognizes the ear cups so it’s always on in a kind of very low power mode but enough to drain a battery from 100% to 60% and you only use it for a half an hour and oh man seems like Apple slipping they all care about is their new phones and they let beats fall to the wayside then it’s too bad because there’s a quality product there. It’s made very well. Just things need to be corrected with an update. Push the update through but don’t know how that happens unless they do a whole update for the iPhone and then it corrects the issue unlike my other headphones that you can download an update to the headphones themselves this I have to assume must be connected to the iPhones updates and they put an update within the update. OK also Best Buy you need to do better when I purchased the headphones. Nothing was explained about AppleCare at all. They gave me the headphones I left they didn’t care when I took the replacement pair. I asked for the AppleCare interesting sidenote was a Best Buy employee for almost 10 years up north and would always recommend service based upon a customer never remembers the model of their TV your headphones that always remember where they buy it and that’s the first place they call or come to so Best Buy can always help you in this case Apple so I was disappointed that they weren’t offered. I had to find out when I contacted Apple on the phone to try to fix the problem also on top of that the next day there was a gift card and I wasn’t entitled to it unless I returned them and re-purchased them, which is a waste of my time and then then it disappeared the gift card promotion anyway ramble on long enough. Take care.

Biggest disappointment … I feel like they just dropped the ball. They look great , build quality premium, noise cancellation top tier …. But the sound , the sound, is so bland.
